At August 24 we decided to go scuba diving with a group of four persons. We made a reservation on Monday at desk, where we were helped perfectly in English by Victoria. She was very helpful and nice and provided us with the right info.
The actual dive was taking place on Wednesday. After we arrived, our group was instructed in English, so we know what we could expect and how we should act underwater. Also the gear was handed out, which was in very good condition.
One of the instructors was especially appointed to our group, so he could translate the French information that was told on the boat, into English, just for us. That was great!
The actual dive was very nice. We hired a waterproof action cam at the reception desk, for just 29 euro. Afterwards, we could keep the SD card with our own movie and photo's.
The instructors are doing a great job under water, so they can show you all the nice things under water, like fish, sea urchins and the under water vegetation. The XL dive of 45 minutes is a great time to explore how diving works and enjoy the surroundings.
If you're looking for a great experience, try this diving school for sure!

Took a coach tour around the island, which has some stunning scenery almost prehistoric in appearance. We visited a local forest which has some stunning views over the lake of Tolla and surrounding areas. Not a trip for anyone who does not like heights. The roads have steep drops and are in places very narrow, only wide enough for one vehicle. Our coach driver showed great skill. We stopped at a local " bee farm" where we tried many local honeys which was very enjoyable. The day was spoilt by the very poor air conditioning in the coach, with temperatures in the high thirties, many people on the coach were really struggling with the heat. Only coach tour during our two week holiday where we were feeling very uncomfortable

I absolutely enjoyed diving with Anthony at Agosta Plongee.
He was kind enough to extend his welcome even though I only know a few basic words of French. I also had pleasure of meeting Anthony's uncle, Robert (former owner of Agosta Plongee) who was such a character, funny man of the sea, salty Captain type always joking and laughing.
Morning dives are obviously for expert/tech divers as they go as deep as 60m/180ft.
Afternoon dives are for leisure divers nice and easy up to about 100ft or so.
I am used to 2-tank boat dives but good thing they do 1-tank dive here as the water was very cold 68'F(freezing in my book!!) Thanks to this fabulous 6mm full wetsuits with hood(rental), I was able to enjoy and complete all my dives, though I still can't believe that I survived the ice water.
Corsica is so beautiful above water, but underwater is just as beautiful with the amazing rock formation and its marine life. Since this was my first dive in the Meditarranean I didn't know what to expect. Lucky for me I was pleasantly surprised to see colorful corals, spotted eels, a good-sized octopus, parrotfish, jellyfish, scorpionfish and more. There is this big hollowed rock with holes you can go inside where bottom half is filled with water and top half is air! You can enjoy miniature cave dive experience in the bright sun light.
Since Anthony kindly advised me in advance that a Medical Certificate is required to dive in France, which I didn't know, I was able to obtain one before my trip.
I can't thank Anthony enough for being so generous, helpful, informative and such an excellent dive guide in beautiful Corsican water. I truly hope I can go back again.

Nice statue of Napoleon, farmers type market (cheese, meats, olives, honey etc) plus some cafes. The Petit Train tour starts from here – wouldn’t recommend unless you want to do the longer tour to see something outside of central Ajaccio or unless you have major walking problems.
