Check the times - opening is at 4pm on Friday evening and it very soon gets busy. There are the arts and crafts but also there is the music and many different cuisines from the kitchens in the hall. A few different micro brewery stalls - and if you are early check outer micro brewery next door. There is an out door Seating area as well as inside and pretty soon the place will fill with families and friends.

My cousin was married on Lllandudno beach (he lives in France) Once off the main road it winds down and down to the beautiful beach, a favorite of surfers. It's a very pretty place, but the only drawback is the difficulty parking. If you arrive later in the day there is little chance of getting a parking place. For two years, we have tried to spend a day on this beach, without luck. Will just have to return to South Africa and have another try. A beautiful place.

This tour was arranged entirely beginning with our hotel pick up and scenic drive to the site. Quad bike was first with a ride through the vineyards up to the top of Hamilton Russell mountain with picturesque views. There was a brief orientation on operating the Quad bike before we took off. I would mention to anyone considering this that you should wear clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Quad biking is fun, but also kicks up a lot of dust while riding! next was our Zip Line adventure. Again, quick practice zip line to orient us to the activity. The course begins at the top and consists of 10 zip lines down to the bottom. There are no steep descents but some zip lines on the course are faster than others. Our guides were very helpful on both parts of tour. Overall great experience that created fun memories!

This is such a gorgeous beach with white sand. We have enjoyed walking along the beach in the mornings and admiring the sunset in the evenings. This time we were staying at a little cottage overlooking the beautiful beach.
We were advised by the owner that we should be careful in the evenings because there have been some muggings lately. I guess one has to be careful in many places in the world.
This time, we got smarter and got closer to the beach. We would be able to enjoy the sunset over the beautiful beach just sitting on our porch!
This beach is a must-visit in Noorhoek!

Table Mountain

The mountain in the middle of Cape Town offers many hikes and magnificent views in all directions.

We visited the stunningly beautiful Table Mountain. The cable ride to the top of the mountain was great fun with some absolutely incredible views, and once we were on top of The Table Mountain it was like stepping into heaven as you are lost for words on the breathtaking views and the amazing surrounds. Visiting Table Mountain and witnessing the majestic views was like being on the edge of space and seeing the beautiful clear blue sky on the horizon and all the beautiful areas and the coastline in the distances was just an experience we will never forget. Me, my wife and our daughter had the most amazing experience as the views and the surrounds made us feel like being lost, but in the right direction. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our incredible South African holiday.

Beau Constantia is a boutique wine farm situated very high up on the Constantia Mountains where meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard leads to distinctive handcrafted wines.

We decided to visit the farm as it was a recommendation as a "City Wine Farm" destination wedding venue, as it was in Cape Town yet gave one the ambiance of a wine farm.
We went through for a wine tasting as We believe it's imperative to test the customer service first. The lady that waited in us for the wine tasting was on point and my partner and I thought this could be the venue, however upon checkout we encountered the most obnoxious staff member, reason being we purchased a wine he then tried persuading us to buy another bottle, whereby my partner said "your a good sales person " upon which he advised he was a "pleasure seeker "...apologies then you are in the wrong industry! My partner then commented about the nice bouquet of wine, whereby the cashier snoothingly commented that the proper team was a Aroma not a Bouquet as the wine was was under 5 years old...Even if correct the Delivery was condescending..
Thanks we will spend time with Bouquets
