This was the best wine tasting experience we can remember anywhere in the world. We had amazing hosts, fabulous welcoming hospitality, and generous samples of a lovely and extensive range of wines, including red and white ice wines. A fabulous time tasting cold weather wines which were all very reasonably priced. We bought wines for our dinner in North Hatley and enough to fill the airline luggage allowance for our flight back to Australia.

Museum whose Mission is to preserve our heritage, act as a witness to the past, protect a legacy for future generations and raise awareness of a special world and its beauties and challenges.
We live in Ottawa and happened to be spending a weekend in Granby, QC and we found this place online on the top ten things to do while in Granby.
This museum is amazing!!! Beautiful showcase of all types of firearms, war relics, knives, swords and rare pieces. We were blown away. Everything is beautifully presented and the gentleman who gives the tour and takes care of this museum collection is so knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a tour, enabling us to learn so much and come out of there with really interesting stories. It was only 10$ a person! So worth it! I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who goes to Granby!!

Seriously this place has everything you want in a family or friend or romantic outing & walk in the woods - I suspect that the leaves will turn in early October for the spectacular , although the pkace is open year round it's just special .
I'd say about 8 km of intertwined trails some straight some winding some climbing and some down right rock climbing ( but nothing too strenuous ) kids , ado , adults , elderly will all enjoy this place !!!
Pack a lunch / nap sack - stop during your hike and have a nature snak ( no restaurants ) but there is bathrooms ....
Frankly I went with friends and had such a nice day --- I was just charmed - and wondering why after 56 years of life I have not been here before - but I'll be back - about 1 hour from Montreal - 7$ per person charge ( think of it as a donation as this place is impeccable ) you'll swear your in the great north ( but without the Bears ! ).
We did see deer and Doe , a beaver and ducks ! Yup there's a lake at the top !!!
There is trails for all challenges and being a mountain in the middle of the plains --- once on the top WOW you see forever !!!!
After your hike back down , there is plenty of restaurants in the nearby town so make a day-eve excursion - a wonderful friendly city this St Hilaire they've done we'll with tourism offering and quite clean city
Check the weather befor you go , bring what you need , running or hiking shoes , I guarantee a great day with kids of all ages , ( we bumped into seniors and people with baby carriages so -- No Excuses !!!! Get out for a walk :) !!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to say special thank you to manager Melanie for kindness, understanding and professionalism. Also all guys in rental department were very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is awesome. Slopes are well groomed and scenery is beautiful. Prices are down to earth not like in Colorado or Salt Lake City: really affordable. You want regret it if you visit Mont Sutton!!

This mountain has a great lodge, restaurant, and bar area. However, there isn’t much space where you can eat a homemade lunch. The slopes are good, many of them weren’t open when we were there though. The greens I found a little more challenging than usual, but there were enough runs to keep us occupied. The gondola line can get long because it is mixed in with a regular chairlift.

Definitely worth a visit when you are in the area. Disappointed that there were no English tours available when were there but walked through on our own. The sanctuary was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. So peaceful and tranquil. Enjoyed walking through the store where they had an incredible selection of cheeses and other delectable items. Ended up buying a couple of cheese gift packs. Tried the fontina cheese as soon as we got back. Absolutely delicious - smooth creamy with a delicate flavor. Can't wait to try the other ones!

We stayed for 4 nights tent camping in the park on site N3.
Check in- Professional and pleasant, providing us with all the information we required.
Amenities- Spotless flush bathrooms and showers around the campground. Portable toilets (clean and well serviced) close to campsites. Drinking/cooking water available close to campsite in parking area. Wood available for $9 for a large bag.
Campsite- Beautiful! Feet from the Coaticook River, level, well cleared. Large enough for large dining tent and two sleeping tents. Good amount of privacy. Our site was 100 m from the parking area
Area- Great well marked trails. We did the Gorge trail both in the day and at night for Foresta Lumina( separate review), as well as a 10Km trail stopping halfway to have a picnic lunch at the waterfalls). Good security on site.

You really can't beat the fact that this spa is build on a long wide hill that ends on a beautiful lake with the Eastern Townships' rolling landscape in the background. And the hill and lake are all part of the spa's facilities! It doesn't get much better than having a relaxation cycle floating lazily on inflatable beds on the lake...
The frills I'm referring to in my title are free refills of chlorophyll or hibiscus infused water, marshmallows and a fire for roasting, on-demand guided tours of the premises and art Exhibitions on its walls.
The pools and saunas are fantastic but quite typical for a Scandinavian Spa. They have unique relaxation rooms like a mini movie theater and aquarium room.
The restaurant is top notch as well although the first time we went we waited a long time because apparently they had run out of an ingredient but didn't tell us and went to get more.
Some misc. notes:
- In the winter, the entire hillside and lake is understandably closed, so you're missing out on almost 50% of the experience.
- They don't pipe the new age music too overtly like other places might
- Weekday summer hours are short
- The movies in the theatre are nature documentaries which is less relaxing if you happen on the lions-eating-gazelles scene
- The aquarium could use more fish
- Beware of snoring clients

Loved this very cute boutique and vineyard! We did the tasting only (not the tour). The staff was very friendly and welcoming and shared a lot of knowledge about the Cider production process. We sampled several of their ciders (fire, ice and sparkling). My favourite was was the fire cider (picked up a few bottles). Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the Eastern Townships.
