Great cuisine in a beautiful outdoor and indoor restaurant. Suggest you book ahead~ Mista has live music some evenings and offers you a beautiful outdoor setting for a lovely night under the stars. The surrounding area is beautiful and a nice walk before or after your meal along the river Promenade is highly reccomended to work off those calories :)

The venue of this outdoor restaurant is just beautiful. Set on the grounds of a Tudor-style mansion with views of the Richelieu river, a dozen or so tables allow patrons to enjoy the summer breeze under some shade trees. Metal patio chairs give out a summery vibe but should have cushions because they are very hard and cold on bare legs! We had Reservations for a late lunch on a Monday. They were woefully understaffed with only one waitress going back and forth to the kitchen which is some distance inside. The lunch menu is short, French bistrot-style. The main dish of red meat or fish seemed a bit heavy for summer but the presentation was nice. The price was on the high side but it is the service that we found lacklustre and offputting. This lady was friendly enough but totally lacking in class and grace that you would expect from such surroundings and prices. It is sad because it really would elevate the whole experience. Management should want polished and professional staff to better represent their establishment. We were planning a brunch there for 17 people but at $37.50 each we won't chance it.

This restaurant is so busy! They open at 7 AM and serve until late evening. The food is always excellent, but it is a little pricey. Their breakfast potatoes are really tasty. The crepes are excellent and come with strawberries, chocolate, bananas, fresh fruit, or just plain. The Sandwich selection is not huge, but there's a good variety of hamburgers, grilled cheese, westerns, and chicken. There is a Table d'Hote for Monday through Friday luncheon, weekends, and dinner Monday through Friday and weekends. Some of their meals come in 1/2 sizes, which are in themselves a good size. There are quite a few Italian dishes. The spaghetti comes with either a tomato sauce, bolognese, or sausage and meat. The pizza looked good at the next table. The Coquilles St. Jacques was excellent, with house potatoes, which are grilled in butter. Desserts include pies (apple, sugar, pecan, lemon), rice pudding with maple sauce, sundaes, chocolate cakes, carmel creme pudding, and other choices. The restaurant is also a deli and there are many, many choices. The atmosphere is nice. The only drawback is the service. The wait staff comes quickly to take your order and bring your hot meal. But, they often don't come back to check on you and it takes a long time to get the bill.

Sitting with friends on the balcony of this restaurant on a warm August night last year was a pleasurable experience. The service was excellent and the food was good. The view of the Richelieu River and Mont St-Hilaire create an atmosphere you will long remember.

You don't want to miss out on this. Good service, beautiful setting, great food but bring a bit pricey. In the Vieux Beloeil river front, it makes for a great evening for couples or friends. Try to be there when there are fireworks!

We ended up here because the crepe place was closed on Mondays. Lucky we did. Our brunch was excellent and at a very affordable price.
We had initially thought it was more of a boutique or purely chocolates but it's a lovely little cafe with amazing waffles and menu options including a variety of hot chocolates and vast breakfast menu. The English was scarce but one or two of the staff were very friendly and tried hard to meet me half way between languages when I was unsure of a french word. Others less so, but they seemed to purposely give us the most bilingual servers which was great.
Overall lovely atmosphere, location and excellent food. Fresh juice rather than bottled would have been nice but everything else was fresh and flavourful.

Four of us went for dinner and none of us really spoke more than a few words of French. The staff were all very friendly and explained things to us in English.
The restaurant is cozy and pleasant. I ordered foie gras and assorted fish in cream sauce. Both were delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and the meal came with two side dishes that were equally as good. Ended the meal with a creme brulee and that was also excellent.
Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food very much. If you are in this area, it's worth a visit.
