My wife and I didn't stay at the hotel but thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the poolside cafe one night. We enjoyed chocolate cake and cheesecake - they were great! Certainly a bit pricey (each dessert was over $10) but that's to be expected given the atmosphere. Great experience, especially while sitting in one of their big lounger chairs!

It all started in 1957, when Don Juan Vera-Martínez, an expert and impassioned gamecock breeder, started the Gallera Loma Bonita, a cockfight arena in the town of Yauco, Puerto Rico. There, he decides to open the restaurant where the famous "Can-Can" pork chops first appeared. The Can-Can pork chop became so famous that it's been copied all around the island, yet no one equals Don Juan's.
I used to come here since I was a little kid. The food, tasted amazing, the scenery was beautiful. The food is still good, although the employees don't help you love the place. This is a family owned restaurant and you can tell by the way it works.
Again, if you wish to have crispy pork rinds and flavorfull pork chop this is the place to come. Not all the staff is friendly and the service is a little slow. It gets really busy during the weekends so if you're really hungry I wouldn't come here. However, the pork rinds, the rice, the beets and corn slaw, is worth it.

At here while staying at Copamarina. It was very good food with friend service. We had a meal plan, and I suggest you find out about the meal plans available if you are staying at Copamarina. They have several different options. I loved their Mescalune Salad, Filet, and chocolate cake! Had a good cappuccino with my dessert. I had a Pina Colada which was great, too!

We stayed for new years week and the service was great. I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by the bartenders frankfort, Elvis and victor. They are the reason we keep coming back.

I visited this restaurant on the Guanica broadwalk two weeks ago and found it small and with few tables, unlike those I have visited in “La Parguera” and “Combate”. The owner is an excellent host that welcomes you with great joy. The owner is also the bartender and waiter. All tables were full, which was the main reason to enter the restaurant (I think if the place is busy it’s have to be good).
The atmosphere of the place is like the ones on the fishing village of Piñones in the Metropolitan shore of the Island. The bar has a giant TV screen where you can watch videos selected by the owner, the local people apparently are those who visit the place in regular terms.
The menu is very limited, since it has an offer for kids and snacks to choose from are few, also serve soups and broths. From the menu you can choose: Lobster grilled mahi-mahi fillet stuffed with seafood, octopus salad or queen conch fritters with a companion of typical Puerto Rican. Request the appetizers: seafood turnover, “surullitos”, fish dumplings and “wings of the sea”. The wine list is limited. The food will arrive fresh to the table in about 30 minutes.
All these details are overlooked when savoring the delicious taste of fresh fish and seafood. Again, I get disappointed when I ask the owner for dessert and he answers that they do not have any desserts after such a great meal.
Prices are moderate between $ 10 and $ 30 plus government taxes (I.V.U.), no parking or valet parking and is a rich gastronomic adventure with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Guanica for those seeking to leave the city and find typical food from a seafood restaurant in a small town. It was good to know that “Brisas del Mar” accept debit cards, VISA and Mastercard. The restaurant's phone is 787-821-6372, the owner identified himself as just "Nando" and the restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday from 4:30 pm until midnight.
It’s is a three stars place with the cleanest restrooms in the whole Broadwalk.
I stopped in here with a couple of girlfriends on a girls' weekend trip and found this restaurant to be very enjoyable. The man helping us was very hospitable and pleasant! I enjoyed my dinner, chicken breast with a tomato sauce, corn sticks, and rice/beans for sides. I would definitely visit this restaurant again if I ever go back to visit that side of Puerto Rico!

Food was amazing, the waiter was very nice and attentive. The place has outdoor Seating and indoor Seating. Indoor there is air contitioner. Music is tropical. There were families, groups and couples. Very relaxed ambience. Food flavor was incredible, the portions are on the big side and prices are good. I didn't give it 5 stars because of food wait time, it took around 45 minutes for our food to arrive but it was full and the waiter kept checking on our table. It was really good.

After searching, with little success, for breakfast in the area for far too long--and with stomachs growling and a 10 year old growing impatient, we located Marta's cafe. Marta speaks English well which made things easier. Among the five of us I think we tried...MoreGreetings, It was a pleasure serving you. We are extremely pleased about you loving our place. We put a lot of hearth and passion to everything that we do. We hope to see you around soon. Marta and Harry.

Bodega Andreu Sole is a locally own and operated business that caters to wine and music lovers. We offer a selection of Spanish Tapas, wines, Sangrias and Artisan Cocktails. We always have live music carefully selected for your enjoyment. We are located in an old plantation style house in Ensenada bay with spectacular views. Sundays we offer guided visits to our wineyard.
Just left the property. As a family group we where very excited to come see and experience the acclaimed bodega ....however once arrived the host was extremely rude and had no intentions in helping nor accommodating the group needs .... maybe we failed in not making any prior Reservations.. but the host attitude was rude and did not represented the hospitality Puerto Rican's are know for... the host failed to accommodate and treat a group in a proper manner.. failed to do business and was super rude. Never again!

Amplio estacionamiento. Lugar comodo, buen servicio. Los frappe saben riquisimos y te los preparan al momento no como otros lugares que los congelan. Utilizan frutas frescas y los jugos de la mejor calidad.

So..... me and my husband ate here on the 31st March 2017. I will just throw in there that My husband is Puerto Rican and I have lived on the island for a year and a half. We ordered a starter of plantain filled with chicken and chorizo which was good. Also order a jar of sangria. For main course I ordered lamb and my husband ordered red snapper with shrimps which was also good. Half way through out food my husband hits something that was on his shirt and stood on it. It turned out to be a cockroach!!! What the f!!!??? To say my husband was mad is mad is a complete understatement however he quietly went to a server and told him, the server cleaned up the cockroach and proceeded back to his job of serving another table. We were sitting in shock and my husband went to the counter to ask to speak to a manager but none were present they offered to discount our bill which they did to 25$. We got out of there as fast as possible. To say even as I write this he is still mad and disgusted. We have visited many restaurants on this island that have looked worse than this place and have won no awards however this is the first time in my life and my husbands that he has encountered a large cockroach on his t shirt while eating in any establishment. I'm still in shock!!!
