It's what you'd want on a campsite with simple things done well (wood fired) pizza, steak / burgers, but also there is a plat du jour and plenty of salads and seafood. Manages to find a nice balance between casual and better quality. Gets busy in season particularly after 9pm as people arrive to see the nightly stage shows right next to it. If you want a table, particularly with a view, it's worth booking.

We knew nothing about this restaurant, and we were famished and it was that awkward time between 2 and 6pm when most restaurants on Corsica stop serving. We saw this restaurant off of a traffic circle and stopped. It was a smallish restaurant, with tables inside, and outside under an awning. The place was fairly crowded when we came.
We were not expecting much, but it was a great meal! The menu wasn't extensive, but we ordered from the daily specials and it was delicious! Mainly pasta dishes and pizzas were what we ordered, but there were other options. The house rose was excellent! The owner, whose English was slightly better than our French, was so excited when we told him we were from Holland. An obvious football fan, he happily recited players names (from the magical 70s teams) every time he passed our table.
The bathrooms were clean, there was a great selection of ice cream to be had, but what was missing was a fan. It was really hot. The owner at one point went out to water his plants and decided to water the passing cars and trucks as well. It was amusing.
I'm not sure if anyone would intentionally go to this town (it was just on our path), but I would gladly recommend it and go again if I had the chance.

We had lunch on the Etang D'Urbino's Terrace, a large wooden platform floating on the 'Etang', a pond I would recommend to bird watchers. The Terrace sits almost 100 persons yet although extremely busy the service is fast, kind, very good. Fish is extremely fresh. The pond fishers are specialized in mussel breeding therefore the dish is a must.

Had a lovely lunch with two young children. Friendly proprietor who served us efficiently and attentively, being very patient and kind with the kids. Tasty burgers, tapas style plates and a simple kids choice (pizza etc). Lunch for four including drinks came to 50 euros, so pretty good value. Nice, rustic decor and chilled-out atmosphere on the main route through Ghisonaccia.

We were underwhelmed. Service took ages as they were oacked and didn't have enough staff. The wrong food was delivered and then when I asked for the dessert menu, I was given the bill. Mediocrity abounds.

We dined at "IL Casone" at Cervione, a tipical village situated in the picturesque Costa Verde in the mountain side. We had a very tasteful dinner outside with a nice light "house wine" and a bottle of corsican sparkling water. We had a good wild game terrine as hors d'oeuvre. The main entree' was a delicious escalope breaded in local grounded hazelnuts for me and my husband had a tasty braised kid in red sauce with gnocchi. We shared a nice corsican dessert . We spent 54 euros which I think is an honest price considering the high season.

We were in Ghisonaccia for two weeks and discovered this foodtruck on the way home from the beach. We ate there several times because of the good pizzas, the nice ambiente under the shady trees and the wonderful service.
Best thing is, when you can't decide which toppings to choose, you can also have it half-half or your own choice. bon appettitu!

Nice place, friendly service, good price. Good quality and various plates. A restaurant I would like to recommend. Taste the mussels for example.

We made the mistake of trying to eat here whilst staying at the very good campsite nearby. I can only think they do not want any punters. The service was non existant, all the staff being too busy smoking INSIDE and chatting to come to take our order.whilst we were waiting they removed 6 dead lobster from a filthy fish tank. By this time we had our wine so did not want to leave, but we were very glad we had not ordered that.the food was okay but we waited such a long.
They seemed surprised when we did not want desserts or coffee.
Truly awful experience.

We really enjoyed our diner at "A Suara". We ordered a escalope Milanese and a canard au miel and they both were of great quality. The staff is very friendly, the best we've seen on Corsica so far. So the conclusion is that we can only recommend the restaurant, so if you're looking for a nice restaurant in this area, just give it a try :-)
