I booked again with a different friend following a great quad bike experience 3 years ago and wanted to share that with another friend. We were greeted by Wayne the guide again and looked forward to another interesting and exhilarating tour. The quad bikes are in good condition. We were given the briefing and then set out on the trip. There was 2 of us and also a couple riding pillion on one quad. Very quickly it became obvious that the rider of the couple was not as competent as made out. However Wayne looked after that appropriately and moved them to the front of the line. The 2 hour trip was varied and took in great sights and photo opportunities however for my friend and I the trip was rather sedate compared to the trip 3 years ago. In hindsight I should have enquired as to any other participants and even consider a tour where there would have only been the 2 of us as before. Understandably Wayne did every thing he had to do to ensure everyone was safe however it left my friend and I rather frustrated as it was too slow and not as enjoyable as my previous excursion. The food afterwards was very good and it is obviously popular as many people come just for the Menu Del Dia which my wife did also.

Single track road, put in Los Zancarrones into goole maps and it gets you close to the look out point. The hills around are so pale and the water the most amazing pale blue. It really is "other wordly" would make a great set! Well worth the visit! Looks like a moonscape!

It is small enjoyable museum that deserves a visit. The entrance is free, the staff is very welcoming and they have booklets available in various languages. Furthermore their garden is a nice place to relax.
Note: the museum is closed on Mondays and their summer schedule starts from the 15th May till 15th September.

A fabulous Jack Nicklaus course with challenges a plenty. We regularly play El Valle, Mar Menor, La Manga and this compares very favourably in terms of difficulty. Pity the post- golf facilities are so poor. A course like this deserves a Club House that compares favourably to above. Unfortunately it was never built and there is a temporary building that provides beer, snacks and the usual suspects. Our friends who play on top UK courses say it is really underselling itself as they say with facilities to match the course it would be unbeatable. Ditto friends from EU clubs. This course should be vying with the others for top competitions - it deserves to. Most people go for an away day then go back to our base at La Manga or close by. Greens kept in good conditions. Water hazards occasionally disappointing but that's Spain. Could be a top venue for tournaments in terms of technical challenges but needs proper investment. International golfers have high expectations -a dedicated Club House, good changing facilities, decent food, good service and a reason to recommend friends to return.
Good service from booking tee times, buggies etc and certainly one if the best settings for any course in the region. Hopefully in time someone may have the foresight to build a Club House that fits the requirements of golfers. Shame- been there done that won't return until someone appreciates what well travelled golfers expect.

Me and my partner visited The Condado Club for lunch. On arrival, we were greeted by 2 very friendly members of staff. Our order was taken quickly, the food and drink also arrived promptly. The food was very enjoyable and of a decent quality. The atmosphere is lovely, very modern and relaxed. Will definitely be returning here.

Although it's only an enlarged of the classic and very close bar "El rincón", you can enjoy the same dishes and quality from the original bar, as well you'll get more room to sit and meeting with more people than in the tiny first bar. Usually is a good value for money, but always it's better be careful and ask for the prices previously. Last year they won "the tapa route" contest, so they continue with an up-to-date cuisine and based on fresh products and sea-food that I'm sure you will enjoy it.

When staying in our apartment in Puerto Mazarron we alway try to find something different during our stay. This was well worth taking the time to visit. We had spectacular views on route along with lovely villages on our travels. Lots of places to stop with excellent tapas and cool drinks. A great day out lots to see and marvelous memories to take away with us.
