Not the biggest museum but very well done and informative of the local area and town. Great to get a real feel for the town and its heritage. Well worth the visit.

Most enjoyable hike, not a stroll, views are amazing. Wewere fortunatly to have good weather so enjoyed it. Strong shoes or walking boots are advised and a bottle of water is needed ifthe weather is hot.Good view of Polperro on the the downward side of the walk with a good meal and better beer awaits, and a bus ride back. Perfect day

Tiny attraction, not at all interactive. Could walk around in two minutes strolling. Weird show at the end (lasted about 5 minutes) was entertaining and the staff were nice.

The Noughts and Crosses is under new management. We are a pub serving bar and takeaway food. We also have 4 double and 1 single ensuite bed and breakfast rooms . We are situated on Lansallos Street in the heart of the village close to the harbour.
This is a nice place to avoid the hordes and have a quiet drink, although when we visited the young barmaid and her friends were rather dominating proceedings by their use of various tv music channels. The place was clean/tidy enough but ultimately lacking in anything resembling an atmosphere. I know that it hasn't been reopened for long after a period of several years standing idle, so I hope things start to pick up soon.

Super, community-spirited gallery featuring beautiful work from a collective of artists from the area. Hidden on the street behind the quay between the Blue Peter and the Three Pilchards - it's a must for a lovely browse (and I've failed to leave empty-handed on the two occasions I've visited!). PS to the volunteers: Ideas for the NT Netloft (apart from those discussed briefly whilst there).... pop-up cinema featuring local Cornish film-makers/ animators ;)

This small gallery is one of only a few retail outlets in the very tourist orientated village of Polperro which sells not only original and beautiful Cornish artisan work but great coffee too.
From clever greetings cards to original limited prints, shopping bags to ceramics there is something for everyone and every taste.
I usually feel intimidated by art but Herringbone has a relaxed ambiance and I left with a bag of goodies I will treasure because they are so beautiful.

A wonderful shop for quilting and embroidery. Some unusual materials in stock and kits to make items. I bought a little Tiddlers cross stitch kit which is lovely. Well worth a visit.
