A lovely park to stroll around the wooded area is beautifull. There is a large play area for children. The cafe good food the breakfasts are brilliant and the staff are very friendly. And there was a lovely treat model boats were on the water and the boat owners were only too happy to talk about them. All in all we had a lovely day

'Devoted to' is an art gallery & shop with the magnificent Red Brick Mill in Batley. The Exhibitions change regularly & there is always something new to see.
I wouldn't make a special journey to visit the gallery, but if you are shopping in the Mill, I would definately hunt this space down.

Great friendly bar with good music ranging from 1950's to 1980's. Very efficient bar staff even at its busiest time, even the doormen are welcoming and easy going. Good tribute acts every Thursday. Been going to this venue for quite some time and never seen any trouble. If you want a good night, this is the place.

Waxing, Facials offering a variety of treatments within the beauty industry!! All staff are certified and over 6 years experience between therapist. ladies only salon
Talked throughout the treatment. Asked personal questions about my family and me and then slagged my family member off.
extremely unprofessional and talks too much. Typical asian gossiper .avoid . Was not relaxed . Not recommending or returning to this place. I would rather pay abit more and get professional quality service and not worry about my family getting rude comments snd opinions spewed about them

Unexpectedly my friend and I entered into this den of iniquity – tempted by loud music and what seemed a throb of likeminded people looking for a good time.
This “bar” is a cattle market of desperate people –in a desperate bar – in a desperate town. The management are at best amateurs – at worst trying to rip you off with drinks they have no idea how to serve – and some have no idea what “cold” is or even what ice is used for:
A total bunch of hormonal teenagers –who don’t even look old enough to serve behind a bar – never mind understand what is required.
The Management obviously have an operandi modus on serving- customer service and toilet facilities ( and cleaning) - which is basically in the toilet is full wee or excriment on the floor - don't worry we wont clean it up - and the natives are used to this style of bar.
utter -utter disgrace of a bar.
Go if you are 16-18 - high on something and really don't care about what you are drinking and what this Management is capable of. Which lets be honest - service - style - cleanliness are not what this place is about
