I parked up on the huge carpark near the entrance and set off to walk to the hall and shops. There is a carpark at the hall but it is only for disabled and permit holders so after a bit of a walk we arrived at the hall to find everything closed due to an electricity problem so had to walk back. I am struggling to walk following a broken ankle so it was a bit of a nuisance . I would advise you to drive to the hall to check if things are open first as there are no indications on the carpark. I feel the hall area is very under utilised and there is not much to see . It seems very popular with dog walkers

Called in today for a browse and ended up buying a selection of our favourite sweets.
A vast selection of sweets, new modern varieties and older varieties, like we had as kids.
Prices I thought were quite reasonable, not overpriced like some other similar sweet shops.
Staff very nice and friendly, and helpful
Quirky little train going round the wall.
Recommend a visit

My wife and I had passed by this Antique Centre many times without venturing in as it doesn't look too big from the road. What a surprise once we passed through the portal into a Tardis like treasure house containing just about every type of antique and collectable imaginable. Room leads to room, each one filled with items of interest. It might be a bit clutterred for some tastes but I found it a challenge to spot the hidden gems. The cafe tucked away at the back of the ground floor is a delight offering excellent food and drinks at realistic prices. The cake selection matches anything on offer at much larger and "grander" eateries in the locality. The whole experience is highly recommended.

The Walled Garden, is a social Enterprise by the Brothers of Charity Services, the Gardens were once Worden Hall's kitchen Gardens and are a historical attraction in the heart of Worden Park. We support people to grow vegetables, cut flowers and plants in the Walled Garden and we sell our produce to park visitors. The Walled Garden is open to the general public for anyone to see work in progress.
There are two ways to loose the kids in Warden Park. The first is to take them to the play area in the old walled garden. It really is well equipped with a whole range of climbing equipment, roundabouts and swings. The second way is the maize easy to get lost and not too hard to find your way out. On Sundays in summer there is a free steam train. The cafe sells the kind of food that our kids like. Good car parking.

I came early yesterday morning for a colour with high/low lights and a restyle. Lizzie was my stylist- and Oh my gosh I never want anyone else to do my hair again!!
I presented some images as inspiration initially and she immediately picked up on what I wanted. She was so professional- yet not robotic! As usual the whole salon and all staff were kind and attentive offering drinks, magazines and the usual free hand and arm massage!
There was unfortunately a small problem with boiler and subsequently the hot water while I was there- this was handled exceptionally well- especially by the young girls trying to wash women's hair while one of them was ranting about their boss and giving it what for- girls you were so professional and level headed- well done!
My hair cut and colour is perfect, I started with long straight hair, half natural brown colour, the ends covered in horrible box dye from months prior- the colours suggested by Lizzie warm my pale skin and the short cut is beautiful, and she even curled it all for me ready for my birthday night out! I even got compliments from, who I assumed was, management upon leaving!
The whole experience has certainly affirmed to me that I chose the right place for my hair and I'd never go anywhere else now. You get what you pay for!!!

Indoor Trampoline park fitted with over 40 trampolines which are interconnected to give a fun environment for kids to bounce and play. The trampoline park also has organised and supervised fitness classes which can be booked online. The trampoline park can also be booked out for children's birthday parties, with a private room for the party food it makes a fantastic venue for parties.
Been here tonight for the exercise class, approx 45 mins long and costs £5. Fun but deceptively hard, went with 2 other female friends. We really enjoyed ourselves. Tip; bring a bottle of water and take to the trampoline with you. If you don't have grippy socks you can buy these for about £1, snacks and drinks available to buy too. Lockers are free just keys. Would recommend for exercise class or for families / kids in the area. Plenty of free parking outside. Slightly off the beaten track on an industrial estate.

I visited with a friend recently, we enjoyed the offer of the month together, in the salons double treatment room! What excellent value for money this place offers! From the initial booking we were Made to feel like we really mattered, although neither of us had visited before all the staff were chatting away and made us feel so welcome! I can see that Alison, the manager, has not put the telephone number on for the salon, but it is 01772 458548, honestly you will not regret booking in here for a pamper! :)

I had just finished work got into the rose and crown at 6.45pm a bit put off by a scruffy man in working clothes smoking at the front door of the pub had to push past him to get into the pub getting a face full of cigerate smoke which was very unpleasant. I ordered a pint then got a menu sat down to choose what to eat. The menu was very limited but cheap I ordered chicken in barbecue sauce with chips the food was just ok, sauce was very runny and the bacon was undercooked and the plate was stone cold. I suppose you can't expect very much for such a cheap price. Would eat there again only if I was very hungry and nowhere else to eat.
