New German and international cuisine in an historical ambiente. Great choice of wine, draught beers. Lunch stop for groups on request.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening here.
The owner & staff are so friendly, helpful & welcoming.
Our meal was delicious, good size servings... full of flavour.
The pork steak was served with a fresh herb sauce & melted in your mouth....yum!
Suggest that you book a table as it is very popular.
Highly recommended

Well we arrived feeling cautiously hopeful that this would be a good choice having read the reviews.
On arrival they were full. We agreed that we could go have a drink somewhere and return in 30 minutes.
We did and were seated straight away. My other half had the pork which was lovely but truly the venison stew outshone. It was the most meaty delicious dish with spatzle and green beans.
No starters no puddings ..... could not fit a smidgen else in our tummies.

A nice little Restaurants
On our last night in Boppard we decided on a meal away from the riverside. Dalyan fulfilled our expectations. The ambience was charming, the hostess warm and welcoming. The restaurant was filled with cheerful happy diners and the food was simple and good. A superb pizza for myself and kebab for my husband. The dry wine (in carafe not glass) was excellent and the beer good. The meal was tremendous value and we only left as we had an early start the next day.
We had enjoyed sausage, sauerkraut, schnitzel during the previous days but Dalyan provided a really pleasant change and I would recommend it highly to those wanting a more intimate and happy evening - but sit inside, don't go too early - and enjoy.

My favorite place in Germany!
This cafe is exactly the reason why you travel. Old fashioned styled, beautiful, with cakes and pastries to die for!
The owner was the nicest most helpful person we encountered in our trip :) We loved his stories and pictures of the town.
If you are in Boppard, you MUST visit this place!

In the garden restaurant Le Jardin we offer easy fast cooking directly on the Rhine. Culinary snacks, hearty regional cuisine or a cake from our own patisserie. Between April and October, the garden restaurant in Boppard, situated directly on the Promenade and the pier of the KD, is the hot spot of the summer.
This was one of our favorite meals while in Boppard, even in the very touristy boardwalk area. A perfect location to end a day with a fantastic meal with excellent views. While it is French, they still serve many great German dishes. Don't let the touristy area scare you aware from this place.

The restaurant Le Bristol unites, what constitutes our entire hotel. This is where the imagination of the Art Nouveau and the creativity of the Belle Epoque meet each other. The restaurant is located on the ground floor opposite to the reception. Here the breakfast buffet is available for our guests in the morning, during lunch and dinner you have the option of hot food. In addition to a multi-course menu we offer several classic, regionally affiliated food and of course a wide selection of wines. The best product takes the shortest route and is thus from the region. This credo we are committed and pursue it with sustainability. Of course, the restaurant is available to everyone (not only our house guests), who is looking for a high-quality dinner in a pleasant atmosphere. So do not be shy, if you stand in front of the door and enter. We warmly welcome you.
Fantastic location, fantastic Hotel. Have probably never enjoyed any other hotel as much. We stayed half board and with the menu changing nightly we were never disaapointed. A wonderful 4 days and we will be back. Chair lift view above Boppard worth taking. Koblenz very pretty and pleasant. Cologne Cathedral must not be missed - magnificent. Every aspect of this stay was wonderful and if you choose this hotel go for a balcony with Rhine view.

We spent a few hours here on a sunny Sunday afternoon - there is a beautiful secluded courtyard garden. The riesling is excellent. We were disappointed with food (we had ham and eggs which were a bit grim - the flame breads looked nicer though).
My recommendation would be to spend a leisurely hour or so here sampling the wine (perhaps nibbling a little cheese) and then go on to the Dalyan Grill for a nice kebab and chips to mop it all up. Perfect Sunday evening.

This café was located in the town square. We decided to eat under the umbrellas right in the square because it was perfect weather and beautiful there. The staff was prompt and the food was good. They had something for everyone in our group from 75 to 5. My wife and I always hunt down a spot where ever we stay to get coffee each morning. This was our spot. Good breakfast and good coffee. Very friendly too.
