Gruissan is definitely a must see... The tiny village is very typical and after visiting the old church, climbing to the Tour Barberousse is a must! The view from there is really stunning... Not only you will see the sea and the Beaches but also the saline displaying wonderful pink to red colors according to the state of water turning into salt... You will also discover the Clape mountain north of the village and the ponds on the west side. Watch out, they are really large ponds and should not be confused with the sea!

Great wines, especially the reds, at prices that will genuinely please given the quality. Buy what you find you like when it's available though as they run out as the season goes on....the locals (including me) know where a bargain is.....

Sure another church in a country rich with churches or eglises. A lovely smaller one, well kept and impressive style. Obvious in its seafaring history.

Second visit to this cozy and beautiful winery. First time we actually came to see Pierre Richard who can be seen here weekly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Presentations of wine are good and I like this type of wine anyway. Tastings are nice you as you can choose your wine. Price is ok for the wine. Gets busy in July and August. Movie theatre. Groups welcome. Free entrance.

The Cave of Gruissan includes sixty of local growers. The wines can be enjoyed at the Caveau. We offer a wide range of red wines, rosé and white wines, AOC and Vins de Pays and our Muscat. A selection of products of the Aude are also for sale (salt and honey Gruissan, jams, olives, oils, condiments etc.. Open daily.
Always sound value and friendly service. A nice 'champagne like' fizzy wine in a slightly bent bottle is a local favourite and sells out rapidly when in stock at just under 7 euros a bottle. Before champagne snobs knock the comment try it...

It's really just a big wave machine but kids loved it. You get 20 minutes for 15 Euros and if we were nearer we would have gone back for sure. Instructors patient and friendly with good English. Well worth the money at the end of a day on the beach.

Fun and friendly service. No dearer than a local bar and free crisps! An amusing and safe on the pocket place, worth a look.
