Our restaurant is specialized in sea food and regional wines.Original creations with provençal sents.Open kitchen. Plancha grilled fresh products from the sea and the land.Tapas & Wine bar.
Pleasent atmosphere in very symphatic old village of Gruissan. Well made and fresh seafood, but also interesting offer of various meat dishes. Service very professional, also in english. Wine selection mainly local with enough support from other major areas of France, but local offer could have been slightly wider and more innovative, currently not on the level of the cuisine.

We had lunch here with friends on 25 April. We chose the restaurant based on previous reviews. On a sunny day the location is perfect, right along the quay side. The restaurant doesn't look much from the outside but it is very clean and the hostess could not have been more friendly.
The menu is not long but what they do is lovely. Our party ate the home made burgers, the salad and one had the Moules. All of us were pleased. The prices were very reasonable at roughly 10Euro per dish.
Great location, lovely food and perfect hostess.
Recommended.

I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating. I had read the reviews and it was recommended I go here by family and friends.
To start I had the Pastille - From my understanding it contained veal and Fois Gras and served with a honey sauce. It was a little salty and lacked flavour. I couldn't really detect the taste coming through from the fois gras.
For mains our table had the entrecote and duck with praline and honey. Each dish was cooked well - the meat was cooked to each diners specifications. The meat dishes came with a small, almost pointless, little dish of leek gratin. Shame there wasn't more. Also alongside the meat dishes was a tiny portion of ratatouille, a limp carrot and a quarter of grilled tomato. These 'accompaniments' didn't quite match the flavours of the dish. I think they were more of an afterthought to fill out the dish.
The duck had sweet, pink drops with looked like small dehydrated pieces of strawberry...?! Regardless, they were very hard and I was worried I'd loose a tooth.
The entrecote had a pale mushroom sauce - a bit cold unfortunately but tasted nice. It could've had a deep mushroom flavour but there was too much cream in the sauce.
For dessert I had profiteroles. Served with a deeply vanilla flavoured ice cream - I hope this was home made as it tasted lovely. The warm chocolate sauce was a little runny but was very good. The choux pastry was light and buttery. The best part of the meal.
Service was good and the waiter was well trained.
Atmosphere was ok - You can see the chef in his open kitchen and the drama came when he kept arguing with staff. I guess this is part of the 'Act'?
Costing roughly 30 EUROS each with water and a bottle of wine our table didn't think that this was too bad value for money.

The location it is in makes you assume this is just a nice local restaurant, but it is so much more. Lovely interior with caring efficient waiting staff, they speak English and German as well. The food was outstanding. Authentically classical French with a little twist, and the portions were huge. Small but excellent wine list. Absolutely delightful.

Opens on 13th April 2018.
We were there for a lunch, and all ordered something different. Ranging from pizza to moules and burgers. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but we got a table in a couple of minutes without Reservations.
Very friendly service and the food in general was very good. Couple of points that they could improve on. The mussels were kind of overcooked, not bad but not great.
The only real disappointment was the dessert, since the scoops of ice cream were actually very tiny. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he remained silent.
We'll go back though, just no more ice cream for us.

We stopped here by chance on a drive from Barcelona to Marseille and picked this restaurant because it looked charming. Not only was it charming, the food (mostly seafood) was fresh and deliciously prepared. The service could not have been friendlier, with the owner even inviting us for a drink after lunch. Off the beaten path (unless you're staying in Gruissan), but worth the detour.

Nice little place that does it's best for a casual drop inn place... Friendly service and a mad fog are definitely plusses.

Been wanting to come here for awhile after seeing such good reviews and the fact we live in Narbonne (15mins away). Was not disappointed. Great food, friendly staff and great atmosphere and surroundings. If you're in Gruissan, get down here!
We were here for lunch.
We had the 40 euro menu. Fish tartar entrée, lamb rack for the mains and a deconstructed Apple crumble for dessert. There was also an amuse bouche and goats cheese included.
Did not leave hungry at all! Should also mention that they serve a local craft beer which isn't bad at all. It's 6 euros a bottle but it's better than that mass produced Heineken rubbish.

Early afternoon we stopped for a late lunch..... which became a very late lunch. It took ages to get menus, ages for our orders to be taken, then, um, ages for the food to arrive. What arrived was very nice: well dressed salad Italienne, and a sardine Sandwich. The burgers delivered to other tables looked nice too. Requested coffees never arrived, though there may have been a misunderstanding with these. When we went to pay the Person on the till realised we'd been given terrible service and deducted €15 from a €35 bill, without being asked. So, some redemption, but don't go if already very hungry.

During a wonderfully warm November afternoon this place with its garden dining quickly filled.
We opted for the menu du jour, which arrived quickly and tasted great; a velouté of vegetables, simple and substantial salad, followed by fillet mignon and finally crème brûlée. Great food and great service with a friendly smile and banter.
