We had the last tour of the season. Our guide was interesting, informative and informal. He had a lot of knowledge about the vines. The wine tasting was only $5. Nice shop and Gardens. Fantastic views. Me Luckett was even working in the shopThank you for your review! We hope to have you back!

The botanical Gardens are a hidden gem -- an oasis of peace in the heart of the town. There are nice trails, lovely Gardens, streams and Bridges, ... You can also see the greenhouse and library. Beautiful architecture and decors.
Hints: Check out the inside of the building to admire the rich wooden paneling and staircase. Grab a coffee and treat at the take out to enjoy during your visit.

Wine Boutique offering tastings, retail, & tours May-December, seven days a week with seasonal food service under our Vine-Side patio canopy, nestled against 35 acres of vines. Known for exceptional aromatic whites and food friendly, approachable reds.
This was year one of the best introductions we had to NS wine at a vineyard we visited. The employee was knowledgable, friendly and fun which made the tastings even more enjoyable! The setting is perfect for tasting wines and food (although we didn't do the latter) and the size of the winery makes it approachable and easy to navigate. Especially enjoyed the Tidal Bay!

Whether you come for Wednesday dinners or for Saturday market shopping, you won't be disappointed. On Wednesdays, pay $10 for 20 market dollars and grab a plate with bread and salad before buying your meal from one of the vendors. There is so much to choose from, including gelato, fresh lemonade, fresh produce and dishes from across the globe. Music will be playing and there are often theme nights. On Saturdays, buy your food, produce and delicious pastries, coffee and more. Often, there are crafts, jams and more. Love Wolfville's market and wish it was in my hometown! This is an experience and the way to see the Valley in its abundance.

Growing wines that faithfully express our terrior in Nova Scotia Wine Country.
Everyone was very friendly. The restaurant menu is varied and service is efficient. The setting is stunning with a huge fireplace with a very fragrant fire crackling. The tasting room is inviting with wines easy to locate as well as thoughtful gifts to add to purchases. However, the superior, condescending attitude of our tasting person was incredibly off putting. We did buy one bottle but it was despite this person’s condescension. We probably would have bought more otherwise.

Tours by appointment or by tour company. Wolfville Magic Winery Bus participating winery.
We visited this place as a third winery and were positively surprised. Other than all the other wineyards this one was not about marketing and selling you more tastings. The owners were very informative and talked a lot about how they produce wine and what is important to them. We never had the impression that they wanted to sell. Being from europe we are used to quality wine and we were surprised how good the sparkling wine tasted. This had been, by far, the most pleasant visit on the bus tour.

We've spent many a Christmas Eve here at the 'midnight' (starts around 11pm) service. Beautiful church, quiet and peaceful. The highlight of the Christmas Eve service for us was always a solo of O Holy Night, sung by Stephen McClare (Canadian Opera Company). I have fond memories of sitting up in the balcony, or downstairs near the heat of the stove. The church is also beautiful in the summer - well worth a visit!

One of the best sparkling wines I've ever tasted. Traditional method, like in Champagne, and with the same grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier! The setting is also beautiful, and the staff very knowledgable. If you had to choose just one winery to do in Atlantic Canada, this is the one.
