Incan majesty and Andean baroque exist side-by-side in Cusco's stone streets, epitomized by the Qoriacancha palace and the church of Santo Domingo flanking the Plaza de Armas. In this high-altitude melting pot of Amerindian and mestizo culture, you'll find extraordinary textiles, lively summer festivals and archeological wonders.

Cozy restaurant managed personally by it's owners in the front and the back of the house, located in a colonial home with amazing views of monuments, churches and the Cristo Blanco. It's ideal for romantic ocasions by the wood burning fireplace. It's counts with two ambiences decorated in a rustic colorful style. It's menu is a combination of dishes from the Caribbean, Mexico, peru, Spain and Central and South America. Only Visa credit card is accepted.
I tried the ceviche and the cazuela of Guinea pig. For dessert I had the maracuya pie. Everything tasted amazing! And great service

Uchu's kitchen is inspired by classic Peruvian recipes touched with contemporary sophistication. We also play with new ingredients taking new flavors and creating unequable experiences for the palate. Carved wooden bases, volcanic stones prepared at high temperatures, an ample selection of surf and turf ítems from which to choose, native aji creams and aromatic herbs allow us to provide a unique dining experience for all. Located in a colonial home in the center of Cusco, exposed adobe walls, clay, aged wood, avant garde textiles, candles and crystals create an eclectic ambience in which to enjoy your experience.
This restaurant is hidden in a small patio-style nook among the Cusco streets. We chose this restaurant to have our dinner. Stepping into this dimly lit restaurant was slightly reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland. Decoration is eclectic-chic and modern throughout, including their restroom facilities. The restaurant was very clean.
My wife ordered the chicken and I ordered the traditional steak. Both dishes came with salad and choice of side.
When our dinner dishes arrived, the presentation was beautiful. The meat was set on a hot stone and the side dishes separately. As we are ones to begin eating as our food arrives, we cut into our meat and noticed it was slightly under-cooked. This was an oversight on our part and NOT a deterrent, however, as one is expected to start with the salad and let the meat finish cooking on the hot stone. We definitely had a lightbulb moment: that's why it was presented on the hot stone rather than a simple plate!
It took but a couple of minutes for the meat to be ready at our liking, and it was most certainly worth it. Our food was plentiful and the meat was quite succulent.
We had the chocolate madness for dessert. My wife and I are chocolate lovers and we were beyond satisfied with this choice! It was hands down the best dessert we indulged in during out stay in Cusco. I now measure my life as before and after I experienced this dessert (hyperbole).
Overall, beautiful experience, beautiful and unique restaurant.

I have told very single person I have met travelling since to go to this place when in cusco.
We went back every single dinner after we found it. It's cheap enough to order two crepes for me- who was particularly hungry- and also dessert. It's fantastic. The services is super quick and the waiters are happy for a laugh. It seems every single option on the menu is 5 star.
Wish there was one of these in every city I visited!

This was the most reasonably priced place we ate at in Cusco. Quaint with excellent views of the city. Portions were smaller, FYI. Homemade ice cream was delicious. If you are looking for a light lunch, this is the perfect spot.

Certainly one of the highest bars in Cusco, situated in the more arty district of San Blas. If you go up to San Blas square, turn left and the right up some more stairs you are almost there. The walk up the stone steps is certainly worth it, just take it easy if you are not acclimitised to the altitude! The main advantage of being this high up is the stunning views of Cusco with Limbus being constructed mainly from glass meaning you can admire the view from either inside the bar or on the balcony. Spectacular either at day or seeing Cusco lit up at night this bar certainly can boast to be one of the best places to see the whole of Cusco whilst sipping on a beer or one of their large variety of cocktails. Popular with locals and tourists alike Limbo usually has a lively atmosphere with live music towards the end of the week/ weekend and a variety of DJs.
The Bar has an amazing view, at day and nighttime. The Pisco sour is the best I had so far in Peru. The food looks delicious and the prices are reasonable as well. Not too far from the city centre and definitely worth the walk.Gracias por venir, Limbus te ama.

Really enjoyed this restaurant - the staff was great and the food was delicious. Several people told us it was their favorite restaurant in Cusco and it lived up to the hype! Recommend sitting downstairs.

Ayni is the name the Incas chose to describe a social system of retribution: "Today for you, tomorrow for me". This reciprocal ideal is still being practiced by indigenous communities to this day and promotes cultural integration, collective welfare and sustainable labor. Ayni Organic Restaurant wishes to value this system in order to help create alimentary, ethical and environmental awareness.
Cute bar/restaurant to enjoy a drink and/or food while taking in the view above Cusco. Menu is unique from other restaurants (in a good way) and Peruvian inspired. Try the alpaca roll!Thank you very much for coming to Ayni Organic! We hope you have a nice experience! See you soon... #ayniorganicteam

We are an organic, natural and healthy restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals and original récipes. The products we use are harvested from our very own garden in the Sagred Valley of - Urubamba.
We visited a few times and loved all our meals. Very fresh and tasty food, everything is beautifully presented. The salads were lovely, the only thing I would say is they could add more of the ingredients other than lettuce to them. Original and thematic bar oriented classic horror , where you can enjoy good cocktails , beer , music, various snacks and careful attention
We were doing a little Sunday night celebratory bar hopping in Cusco and wound up here.
Horror movie theme with flawless hospitality from a gent dressed as Freddy Kreuger. We ordered a couple of cocktails from the Happy Hour menu and they were excellent (and I'm pretty critical and a cocktail bartender...) In no time some delicious roasted corn came to the table.
About ten minutes into us getting lost in conversation, we were spooked by a loud noise from behind us... It was Jason wielding a machete! Our friend who welcomed us into this awesome bar had pulled a costume change and was coming for a photo shoot. It was apparently for their website but we got in on the action.
We were taking it pretty easy on the booze and only stayed for one drink, but it was perfect. Easily one of my top ten bar experiences of all time, wouldn't change a thing.
Go here.
P.S. the masterful gent in charge (I presume he was the owner) dropped a little sample of his Pisco sour and it was easily the best I've had since coming to Peru, and on par with the best I've ever had anywhere (and I've had and made so many, its a favourite...)

PER.UK Cafe is a uniquely decorated restaurant just off the Plaza de Armas. We serve food, coffees, teas, juices, drinks and cocktails all day long. We strive for great quality and top service and guarantee you won't be disappointed. We cater for all allergies and food preferences.
We had both dinner and lunch here and both occasions the food was extremely good, and the service friendly and impeccable. The adverts for Cornish beer, the little Paddington Bear, and picture of a London double-decker bus are somewhat surreal, but don't let that put you off a place with genuine good service, nice food, and very reasonable prices, given the location. I loved the chicken curry, and when they said it was spicy, they meant it. It was amazing. They only accept Visa credit card.
