We cycled up the old railway track to the Bucks Head and enjoyed a cold pint and a burger in the beautiful beer garden. A completely idyllic English country pub!
What made me want to write a review, however, was just how nice the landlords were. No sign of annoyance when we asked to sit outside rather than at the table we'd reserved inside, apologies for being kept waiting at the bar for a matter of seconds and, on leaving, a big "goodbye Sally!" from behind the bar!
Looking forward to going back!

The biggest comedy club in the south, with audiences of 500 each show, that sells out every time! A show jam packed with TV comedians. Over the 5 years stars like Lee Nelson, Seann Walsh, Katherine Ryan, Paul Chowdhry, Joe Lycett, Sean Hughes, Romesh Ranganathan, and Jason Byrne have appeared with loads more coming in 2017 and 2018!
Great value (£10 per ticket currently) evening out. This comedy club is apparently the biggest in the South, being held in a school hall. Seating is flat in the front and tiered behind for a great view. We've been 3 times now, and thoroughly enjoyed...MoreThank you very much. Very kind. Glad you’ve enjoyed all your visits. We’ll make sure the comedians are kind to you should you ever end up on the front row ?

This is a pub that you can walk in, find a nice table and get served quickly, and there are nice customers in the pub and at other times it is the complete and utter opposite which can make you feel uncomfortable. We visited a while ago and there was a family close by that were using a lot of swear words, and as we didn't want to make a fuss we had 1 drink and left. We do generally like this pub, we can walk to it, and the staff are friendly. Food is okay, nothing special. But it doesn't always feel like a comfortable pub you want to spend time in if that makes sense. I also object to paying 90p for half a pint of orange squash, just a dash of orange and tap water!!!! The toilets are awful both male and female.

Horizon World of Play is an exciting indoor Play Centre for Children aged 1-12 years. Children 'Check-In' at reception and can get their 'Passports stamped' before they travel around the world. They can climb Skyscrapers in the USA, visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, play Football at Wembley Stadium in the UK, slide with Penguins in The Antarctic and visit the toddlers area in Australia.
I have visited this soft play world on various occasions with my own children as well as with friends on other occasions.
It is by far the cleanest and most educationally planned play area I've been to within Hampshire. (that is not to say I have visited EVERY play frame, but I have been to a lot!)
The play area is set up as though the children are on some kind of 'play voyage' with references to airports and various big city sights from around the world. Children can identify with landmarks and flags to learn about different countries. The play frame is big enough for children not to be crashing into each other, also big enough for older children not to get bored. There is a toddler area for their safety.
I have always found the play frame, surrounding area & Seating and toilets to be very clean and tidy *An absolute must for places where lots of children congregate*
There are lots of tables and chairs located right within the play area and also some Seating on a higher level where you can view your child/children really well.
Snacks/refreshments/toilets/first aid etc are all available within the security of the play area reception. The play 'world' is very secure and has locked (and manned) gates to keep the children safe.
A cafe offering excellent value meals for kids and adults is available within the leisure centre's main reception. There are often deals (play and eat) for the kids. Typical cafe style menu at good prices.
I would definitely recommend Horizon World of play.

Not only do I make delicious Handcrafted Belgian Chocolate products such as bespoke wedding favours, but I also teach the art of chocolate making. Why not visit me at my chocolate snug and create your own chocolate goodies, package them up and take them home to impress your family and friends. I also do home parties and school visits for fun workshops.
Had an amazing time with my hubby in Kerry's chocolate snug tasting different types of chocolate learning how and where chocolate comes from and then having ago at tempering chocolate different ways. We then made the most amazing Easter eggs and chocolate truffles.
Everyone needs a Kerry and needs to attend a workshop in the chocolate snug which is perfect for children's parties, hen parties or birthday treats. You get to take your creations home and can even buy chocolate to have a go at home. My husband has been proudly showing off his creations and this is the man who never goes in the kitchen at home. Can't wait to visit again. Kerry will feel like part of your family when you leave nothing is too much trouble. Thank you sooooooo much.

I've had a few massages here with Amy she is amazing, I need to book up another one soon! I have also had a spray tan done by Amy which was excellent last Christmas and she also did some electrolysis on my eyes to get rid of Millia , she is an excellent beauty therapist and the salon is lovely, very welcoming and friendly, I most definitely recommend.

Find as many friends as you can! Go Zorb Football is guaranteed to be fun and definitely holds true to 'the more the merrier' rule. We take bookings 7 days a week and can also recommend a venue. There is no age limit but players need to be about 120cm or taller approximate age 8+ for our standard zorb balls. Our highly experienced and professional team will make sure everyone has a great time and will be there as coaches, referees and photographers to capture your laughs forever! Zorb football is simple – the rules are no more difficult than a game of football. Using an inflatable zorb like bubble, you can smash into other players and find yourself literally rolling away from the ball. So get your friends together and play today!
Non-stop laughs as we watched kids get stuck upside down in their zorb, and had to run to their rescue. Fun times running into people, and getting run into by people, and of course, the football was good too! Well organised and the team really enjoyed it.

We took our grand daughter here to play to hopefully tire her out,..
When you enter there is a not pleasant aroma,,the staff are busy chatting rather than getting tables tidied and making sure their customers are ok...I think it's abit over priced for the adults to sit and watch...the food and drinks are expensive,,my daughter bought a pizza and cheesy chips for lunch for all of us to share...yuk...wouldn't have food there again,..we left most of it...,even though people were coming and going,,tables to be cleared still the staff too busy talking instead of working,,what a job...not impressed with the place....
