If you're fed up with the big corporate chains selling over-priced lattes, you could do worse than pop in here. We had a very reasonably-priced breakfast with generous portions. Good service and excellent value. A good place to start your day if you're in Wembley.Thank you for your excellent review. We hope to see you again very soon. Best wishes from Fabio and all the staff at the Blue Check Cafe

Opened in the spring of 1984, the Arena still remains the only Greek restaurant of its kind in and around Wembley. It is also the longest established family restaurant in the area. Owners Jimmy Lagos and his wife Helen have dedicated years of knowledge and experience and made this place not just their job but a part of their lives. The friendly family environment and the genuine Greek hospitality together with the owners' character and charm made this restaurant unique. The Arena has become very popular through the years between local residence and business people as well as visitors from far away attending nearby Wembley for Concerts, Exhibitions and various sporting events. The established regular clientele have been coming here for years. They all feel very welcome whether for quiet romantic meal for two or a lively party for birthday, anniversary, a noisy hen night and a happy engagement or a dream wedding.
We booked for Saturday evening . It was very quiet after an event. The starters arrived very quickly and I got the impression that a microwave had reheated our dishes which was a little disappointing. The main course we ordered the Lamb Kleftico which usually comes as a stew. This time it arrived with a thin sauce which while ok was not as good as in the past. Even though it was not busy the food appears to be pushed out without as much care as needed. Pity as the menu offers good Greek dishes,

Situated in the heart of Wembley and located under the iconic Wembley Stadium Arch, Wembley Tandoori has been serving its own unique style of Indian and Nepalese cuisine for over 30 years.
We arrived around 9.30 pm,and it was noisy.
Not mature revellers, but a group of about 20 people screeching at the top of their voices.Children out of control...running around the restaurant.
Ok at 6pm,but surely the children should have been in bed,or under some supervision.
Apart from that the service was appalling, the food was inedible.
Chicken Shaslick,with no taste.
Nan bread dry and tasteless.
Worst Indian restaurant we have visited..avoid.

Evening meal was very pleasant and served very quickly and with a smile, breakfast was fresh fresh fresh and very hot, wasn't too busy either no squeezing into a tight queue to fight over a sausage, plenty of healthy options too, fruit cereal and juice available and very family friendly, for a big City restaurant it was warm and family friendly, I highly recommend if you are on a family budget

I thought this being a restaurant associated with a Temple, the food world be really tasty (like the Watford Hare Krishna mandir). I was seriously wrong! I don’t think the chefs here know how to cook and could do with getting a few lessons from some of the excellent Indian restaurants in the area, eg Blue Ginger, Blue Zenzer, Regency, or even the Hare Krishna mandir. Plus it was also really cold inside and just didn’t have a cosy, warm ambience inside. Our food came out straight away after ordering, and was just not tasty in the least. Not somewhere I would ever ever visit again! It was simply awful in every aspect!

An authentic Indian and Nepalese restaurant serving dishes from the Indian Sub-continent and the Himalayas. Lead by our award winning Nepalese Chef with over 30 years experience in creating mouth-watering experiences.
I've been here a few times, I love the chicken momo...the mains are well balanced, but please do not confused this restaraunt as Indian it is Nepalese. The service we received was great as ever very personal.

Any time I have a craving for fish and chips I make sure codfather is my choice of destination. I usually call to make my order and they remember your name and usual order, adds a nice touch. Very friendly service and always fresh, with good quality ingredients. Ohh and its halal too if you fancy sausage!

Judged as a café it’s pretty average. The bacon was fine but the bread dry and unbuttered. A better quality sausage would be nice. Muffins with a 17 day shelf life are not appealing. Disappointing.

On event days, please call the restaurant for enquires about the opening times as it tend to differ.
Two friends experienced a delicious set meal for two. The owner was very hospitable, and concerned we would not have enough to eat, included an extra prawn dish and second glass of wine on the house! There was more than plenty, and every dish was mouth-watering. Very prompt service meant we could enjoy the meal at our leisure before the short walk to Wembley Arena for the Strictly 2018 show.
We highly recommend this restaurant, and shall be making a return visit in the near future. Excellent value for money, and a lovely host. See you again, Thank you.
