Great, great, great! Unbelievable place! It's pretty hard to go to the top, but it worth it 100%. There is fantastic outlook from the very top of the Hoverla mountain.

This is a cascade and not a real waterfall in the Carpathians. There are warning signs about not actually getting into the water.
To get to the cascades you have to pass a number of touristy souvenir markets but you can find interesting stuff like handmade soap and real-leather locally made handbags.
There is also a very good restaurant.

Lovely place, surrounded with historical churches and parks. The building itself has a history to it. If you have a local friend who is knowledgeable about the city's history and architecture, like we had, it will be more fun walking around this place, picking a restaurant and savouring the tasty food while soaking into the history of the place.

Amazing views. Worth to see. We were with 6 months baby, no problem to see the place. 5km by car than 200 metres on foot.

What a pitty I did not discover this charming place half a century ago... Recommended to everyone looking for a charming, peaceful walking aerea. End of October was already a bit late.

If you have 1-2 spare hours, it's a nice place to visit and to make some photos. There are several Bridges close by. The Bridges are quite old (something about 200 years), but still working! You can see trains going on top. The Bridges were built during Austrian time, using eggs to fix them.

It is a local symbol in town, and houses an impressive collection of those beautifully and intricately decorated Easter eggs. However, you would expect in such a unique place some English explanation to accompany this complicated age-old art. If you really want to enjoy it, do some Reading in advance of how this magnificently decorated eggs are created.

Worth visit for a while, the Cathedral is nice example of late baroque architecture. Inside, however, it is too clean and fresh to make an impression of antiquity. Well, it is working Cathedral serving local community every day, and can not look as museums do. Pay your attention to ceilings, and better rent professional guide for visit during idle time.
