Visited before and the food is plentiful and the service speedy.
Not sure what we ordered but slow cooked meats and tandoori kebabs were aplenty.
16 hour Dahl was a delight.
Good setting and worth a visit for sure.

ITC's Japanese Flagship award winning restaurant EDO, brings to you a marvelous legacy of revelry, inspired by the ancient name of the city of Tokyo. Enjoy an exquisite spread of authentic Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Japanese grills and much more. The name EDO, is inspired by the ancient name of the city of Tokyo. EDO showcases the Izakaya style of dining. Izakayas are popular after hour’s destinations for gathering over drinks and great food. It was during the EDO period that Japan first saw an exuberant popularization of Art, Music, Theater and Literature in joyous pursuit of an ideal world of jubilation. EDO at the ITC Gardenia is a celebration of this very spirit. EDO brings alive the concept of Japan’s vibrant after-hours culture, with authentic Sushi, Sashimi, succulent Robatayaki, crisp Tempura and artful Bento meals, accompanied by fine Japanese sake, Wines and Whiskies, culminating in a grand finale of delectable Desserts. This 81-seater Japanese Restaurant and Bar celebrates the revival of the spirit of the EDO period with the culinary indulgence of a style of dining that is a popular trend in present-day Tokyo. Deviating from the tradition dominated Kaiseld style of dining, EDO promises to bring alive fun rituals that engage and enthrall guests, in a relaxed ambiance. Designed by the well-known Japanese firm of restaurant designers, Super Potato, the design concept of EDO is that of a modern stone garden. It is structured around three main areas - the Robata Counter-a first in the country, a Sushi Counter with a stone waterfall in the background and semi-private dining spaces. EDO also boasts of a Sake Cellar to add to the vibrant space. Awards: - Times Food Award for Best Japanese in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 - Zomato Users Choice to Edo for Asian and Oriental in 2013
Having experienced many restaurants in the ITC stable I tried their Japanese venture Edo in Bangalore. Its quite a grand edifice with a large yet stark space and decor. There is a sushi bar on the right side and Robotyaki on the left with a few Private tables. It fills up slowly but then gets full so need booking. The service also slows down though they ensure you only get freshly cooked food and not pre prepared dishes.
The menu is quite interesting. It has delectable sushis at about Rs 500 each but also has multiple rolls including vegetarian ones at about Rs 900.The tempura appears to be the most popular dish there. The robotyaki was slow to start off so we could not try it.
Th ebi tempura and vegetable tempura were both well made and satisfying.

As served in courts and on the battlefield of history, the fare at K & K is a coming together of ancient culinary secrets, long forgotten herbs and exotic flavors to pamper the palate. It presents a symphony of flavorful curries and delicious Kebabs. It is a melting pot of innumerable new dishes which originated throughout Central Asia and ultimately found a home in India. Melt-in-the-mouth Kebabs make their way forth from the restaurant's armoury of clay ovens, Iron Tandoors, Charcoal and 'Pathar' (stone) grills along with rustic 'Angethis' and 'Tawas'. Delicately flavoured Qormas, Qaliyans, Salans and Dopiazas simmered in Deghs, Copper Handis and Cauldrons enliven your meal. The sumptuous fare at K & K comprises a mouth-watering array of Kebabs and a wide range of dishes from all over India. These dishes can be categorised as either Qormas, Qaliyas or Salans. Show kitchens visible from all corners are the highlights of the restaurant where the sights and smells of cooking seduce your senses. Different kitchens work in tandem to prepare a delectable feast of Kebabs, Curries, Biryanis and Desserts. The interiors of K & K reflect the haunting beauty of North Indian forts. A brass motif engraved wooden entrance, Dholpur stone flooring and carved wooden pillars create a look of rugged earthiness.
The restaurant is a must visit if you are nearby. You can expect great food and even better service here. I never forget to sample the great chicken biryani here. The vegetarian food is great as well.

I ate here twice while staying at the Sheraton Grand hotel. The staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. I can particularly recommend the Minestrone and the Orichiette al Ragu. It was a really enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

ITC Gardenia’s sky lit 24-hour restaurant that offers a delectable spread of Indian and inventive International cuisine- The Cubbon Pavilion is the ideal place for round-the-clock dining in Bengaluru, in a cheerful ambiance. Considered one of the top restaurants in Bangalore, M Cafe offers an eclectic mix of international dishes that are sure to please any diner in your party.
Spread offered a good variety of local and international dishes- but my fave would be the desserts! Awesome cakes and mini pies. Loved the roast chicken and the vegetables with it too. Lovely selection of local curries- both veg and non veg as well. Now I know this is a business hotel - but Is it too much to expect warmth from the staff? The Waitstaff always seemed to be in hurry. Only the receptionist and the roast chicken carver gave us any form of attention. Asked for butter 3x before it was served to us. My standard bearer for hotel staff friendliness in Bangalore would be the Oberoi. I hope some of it rubs off on the Marriott M Cafe wait staff.

During a recent business visit to Bengalaru I stayed at the ITC Windsor, which by itself would be a recommendation. But certainly the Raj Pavillon - the hotel’s 24/7 restaurant located in a wonderful greenhouse style pavilion adjacent to the pool and patio - would make me stay again at ITC Windsor when returning to Bengalaru. The superb buffet offers something for every taste, great quality, wonderful presentation, very attentive and friendly staff plus the true highlight of having Chef Dhiren provide personal recommendations. What a wonderful experience!
