The Private Collection of Antique Cars of H.S.H. Prince Rainier III

Have been looking at cars for years with my husband. He loves them. I don’t this museum was a great compromise. The cars exhibited were so cool and unique even I was impressed. Many were gifts from famous people. One of my favorites was the same model Grace Kelly rode driven by Cary Grant in To Catch a Thief. Very well laid out. No backtracking. Definitely worth a couple of hours.

This is a beautiful garden and well designed has a various of cactus with their stories . This beautiful place also has a cave which is really beautiful and interesting . A museum of prehistoric anthropology.
The guided tour was really good , he took his time to explain everything about the cave , mix it with jokes .
It was an awesome experience in the exotic garden .
If you are in Monaco just give it a try , it’s worth it

Port de Fontvieille

Get a glass of wine in one of the bars around 07:00 pm, have diner after 09:00 pm and you'll enjoy the local atmosphere to the max. My son was delighted to watch super cars turning around to find a parking space. Even the poor conductor of a black Bugatti veyron was driving around amongst Rolls Royces, Aston's, Ferrari's, old timers .... And mind you, you will not find the biggest yachts, but enough to make teenagers dream and parents look at more modest but affordable bath tubs. ;-)

From Malà Beach to Fontviellie in Monaco very nice walking or running. The path is easy, nice view and you can stop for a bath in the middle whenever you want. You can find beach isolated (not so much people like in Malà beach). I love it.

Tete de Chien

I did not know this place until my second visit to Monaco. It is actually worth going just to see the amazing views of Monaco and Nice. We went by car and I dont think that there is public transport going all the way there. Tete de chien is the highest point on the Grande Corniche road and the views are stunning (on a bright day). If you are visiting Monaco, it's worth going!

Monaco Grand Prix

Reviewed By Thomas K - Monte-Carlo, Monaco

Formula 1 in Monaco is a unique event. People from all over the world come here for 4 days of fun food and sport. Thursday is Practice , Friday is Entertainment , Saturday is Qualifying and Sunday is the race through the narrow streets of a small city with cars driving 330 km/h. You need to reserve everything way ahead, your tickets €1200.00 up to €12.000 your Hotel 5 days €10.000 up to €50.000 Your Dinner 5 times € 1.000 up to € 80.000 (for two) .So if you dont want to be mistreated because you lack this type of cash watch the race on TV. I live here, i know it all , it's just a little exaggerated but that's why a lot of the locals stay away and rent their balcony for up to € 500.000 for 3 days. If you come with your own 60 meter Yacht it is even more expensive. But it's fun and you can have a beer Thursday or Friday night on the race track.

We had a bad experience on our Monaco Tours, but we have to thank them for leaving us right beside these beautiful Gardens, as I am not sure we would have seen them otherwise. Truly amazing views over the harbour, and as it is also on the older side of the Ville, they added to the aura of the whole place.
A MUST see!

Mala Beach Coastal Path

Walked the path after strolling from the cruise dock and really enjoyed the scenery and villa spotting. At Cap d'Ail there are some absolutely stunning villas if you have a spare 15 million or so. Walk took around 1 hrs 45 minutes.
We were going to catch the train back to Monaco but picked a day when the track was closed for engineering works so caught orange bus 100 instead which runs every 15 minutes in the middle of the day and has a flat rate of 1.50 euros irrespective of the length of journey anywhere between Nice and Menton. You pay the driver.
