We stopped here with our guide for a late lunch. The service was great but it was not crowded. Our food was super good.
The decor is wild and wonderful. Various sections of the ceiling have groups of objects hanging. Snowflakes, colored balls, fake flowers, religious pictures, bird cages, brightly painted chandeliers, chickens, stars, and more. The table tops are also painted colorful designs.
It was a fun place to stop.

Winner of "Quindío sabor y descanso" award with its traditional "cazuela cuyabra", if you want to enjoy the best typical food and seasoning Rancho Eden restaurant has everything you want.
Ambiance was very nice food was good but not great. The Solomo Balsámico and Langostinos al Ajillo were the best of the meals that we ordered. The Punta Ancha, Salmon a la Parilla and Tongue were quite ordinary. Kids also ordered chocolate milk that seemed to have little chocolate though they did improve on it when we asked for it to be redone. We went on a rainy night so did not have the option to use all the facilities on offer for the kids. All in all a nice place.

This is a beautifully designed comfortable restaurant, very upscale for the area. Food is well prepared and portions are large. Very welcoming staff and excellent service. Although we were there at night, you could see that the daytime view from the outdoor patio would be spectacular. Easy to recommend.

We came to this restaurant twice once for lunch then for dinner. Both times we were served by different stuff and all the time there was a lot of mess from poorly trained staff.
Food selection is absolutely on guests as the staff has miserable idea what is good on offer, rather push to take the most expensive items from the lists.
Wine selection is chaotic, staff has no idea about types of wine they offer and any wine matching is just out of question.
After you order your food and finally you get it, nobody is interested whether you like the for or not. At the end of the meal you might wait for ages for the waiter to approach you again and get the bill.

I have visited this restaurant three times since returning to Armenia. I have had the sandwiches, trout and salmon dinners, soups and the excellent key lime pie. Also, I purchases my coffee and cookies here as the price is 1,000 to 3,000 less than the mercados. Also, a good wine selection.

FIRST. THIS CAFE IN NOT IN FRONT OF MACAWA PLAZA OR HOTEL.It is located on the street directly behind the Hotel Armenia.Walk down street between Hotel Armenia and Cafe Quinido and around corner and cafe Fika is in the plaza.
Good selection of coffee, sandwiches and postres.Nice Seating outside to see plaza and parque across street. Good spot to watch people walking past.
I enjoyed two coffees, Narino and Huila. I also had the Hawaino Sandwich, pina, queso blanco, jamon.

There are very few options to eat in Quimbaya and we decided to go because of Trip Advisor's ratings but I don't recommend this place, the food was not good and the space worst. If you can go outside the town to get some food.

My family was visiting from the USA Quimbaya, they were at the Coffee Park and Panaca.
They found this cute rustic place in TripAdvisor. The smoked ribs were Colombian pesos 16 mil like 5.50 dollars. They said the restaurant was cute the ribs had a good flavor, but on the dry side. That's why I don't give it 5 stars. It did help it brought sauces and you kind of dipped in the sauces.

We went there with Pax 4 and were all very disappointed. While the views from the restaurant are beautiful, service and quality of the food were unacceptable. We had a family lunch and after being seated had to wait for 10 minutes for a waiter to show up. The restaurant was not even half full. After 10 minutes the waiter finally took our drin order and then disappeared again. It took them 20 minutes to prepare three juices and one lemonade. Being frustrated over the long wait for the drinks we called the waiter several times to take the food order which eventually was taken and was served after another 45 minutes wait. The food was average at best with the Peruvian ceviche probably being your best choice. In summary we would not recommend this place to be visited.
