Known for its markets and its striking 19th-century limestone architecture, Kingston is a great base for exploring the Thousand Islands and the St. Lawrence River and its national park. Visit Wolfe Island on the free ferry, or hunt for antiques in nearby villages.

Lovely space, nice menu, lovely staff but there was no “WOW” last night. The four starters were good, especially the calamari. My smaller size Caesar salad was not overpowering but not memorable.
The mains were beautifully presented and of generous portion. The risotto lacked seasoning and was flat. The veal saltimbocca and eggplant parmigiana were well received. I ordered one of the specials, strip loin steak with mashed potatoes. Well prepared but the sauce left me a little underwhelmed.
I think this is one of Kingston’s finest.....just a little underwhelming last night.

Friday night 6:00pm, place was packed. We tried our luck but they were full. To our surprise a waitress chased us down as we were heading down the street away from the restaurant, they had an opening and fit us in. So glad we got in as the food is amazing. We started with Caesar Salads (lots of garlic kick, perfect) and Coco Shrimp (shrimp cooked perfect, dipping sauce not my favorite, mango chutney might be a better pairing). Ordered a wood fired pizza, again pretty close to perfect (great crust and sauce). Ordered Trenchtown Legs, packed with flavour (jerk chicken with a mild jerk flavour, potato wedges smothered with an unforgettable spicy tomato sauce). Prices were fair and service was outstanding. I understand why they are busy, make a reservation !!!!

We love this place! The food is SOOO good! The regular menu has great variety for all palates and the specials always excite us! The staff -especially Dave ( their lead waiter) are thoughtful, helpful and appropriately attentive. The owner/boss is always available and works right along with her staff. The atmosphere is chic and comfortable for dressy or casual dates. This place is our #1 first choice always if we are alone or have guests with us. We always leave super happy and look forward to the next occasion!

Been thinking about their mouth watering lamb shank since we were in the Kingston area the month before. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The lamb shank is the best I have ever had. The pasta Carbonara was delicious as was the filet mignon. It's definitely a must when we are in town.

Food was good, eggs perfectly cooked but not everything on the plate was warm. The waitress fixed it right away. She seemed to be used to fixing things so either she was a bit forgetful or the kitchen just didn't read the chits! Either way, the service was good and since we were staying at the hotel, it met our needs. My husband had a few drinks at the bar the night before and brought up coffees for us in the morning and both were awesome! So I would say, overall, it's great if you are staying in the hotel but not sure I would make a special trip there if I wasn't!

This is a great place for lunch. The different types of pizza are tasty and not overly filling, just the right thickness of crust. Great homemade sauce served up by some great staff and paired with some nice wine. Looking foreword to going back. Steve s

A taste of Paris in the heart of Kingston.
Went for brunch on the advice of a Kingston local and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We both started with cafe lattes served in glass cups. They looked very nice and tasted delicious. For our meals I had the Apple Cinnamon crepe and my partner had the Supreme crepe with eggs, bacon, Cheddar cheese and hollandaise sauce. Both were very tasty, especially the apple cinnamon which is made with homemade applesauce. Would highly recommend for the crepe lovers out there!
