I visit PR 4-5 times a year. I make it a point to visit the Metropol in Fajardo or San Juan depending where I am at. The service is very good and the food is incredible. I recommend the 14 oz or 8 oz Churrasco steak with sweet plantains and rice/black beans. Always a winner!

This place is a heaven in this area especially for Vegetarians. We tried Soya Tacos, Veg Fajita and Veg Chilaquiles(must try). Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kitchen opens Thursday -Monday at 5pm. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Contemporary Puerto Rican and BBQ fare all cooked over natural charcoal on an outdoor grill. Ingredients locally grown or caught. Outdoor Seating and indoor dining room available.
Go early, they get busy here and there is one cook. But boy can he cook. We shared almost everything on the menu, chicken wings, chorizo, seviche, (ok that wasn't smoked) ribs, matahambre (amazing pull porked sandwich) Full bar, great service and homemade chocolate pudding that was so good I can stil taste it!

Located at the seaside La Marina Village on the grounds of El Conquistador Resort, Stingray Cafe is open Monday - Sunday for dinner. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and Palomino Island as you dine on award-winning fare. Chef Dayn Smith presents his creative, Caribbean-infused seafood cuisine in a variety of menu items. Sample the homemade tropical fruit sorbets. Reservations are recommended.
This was the second time we had dinner at this restaurant. My husband and I had an excellent meal here. I especially enjoyed the swordfish. The service there was top notch. Special thanks to Luis , Keisha, and Jonathan for making the evening so special for us. We will definitely go back on our next visit!

Decor is very similar to Old San Juan in Puerto Rico, where brightly colored road brick Victorian tables, wooden decorations and a beachy touch to outdoor spaces, and also with air conditioned VIP lounge for everyone.
Jose started our night off with a pitcher of sangria and the reason i got it was Because be explained that if if i didn't finish it he could package it for me so i could take it back with me. After one glass i was already feeling the buzz and that that was a PLUS! loved the music playing in the background and IF this is important to anyone the restrooms were clean. The calamari (crispy squid scripts) was the BEST i ever had. The yellow tail snapper with va side of the dirty rice was to die for. Would defiantly recommend... Ask for Jose :)

We visited El Conquistador Hotel during this month and were absolutely pleased with the quality of the food and service at La Piccola Fontana. We would recommend the following dishes: arancini (antipasti), gnocchi di patate, manicotti formaggio, capellini pomarola, pollo alla parmigiana (all these were main dishes) and THE MOST DELICIOUS DESSERTS the limoncello jar and italian rocky road. We had a wonderful night and strongly encourage everyone to visit!

Casual outdoor dining. Waterfront with a great view of the small Islands like Palomino and Icacos. The menu have a good selection of typical puertorrican food, seafood and meat. Friendly staff. Nice place to enjoy with children, friends and family or for enjoying a romantic evening. BEST VIEW, BEST FOOD, BEST SERVICE!!
We visited the last week of April 3 separate times and every visit we had wonderful service in a gorgeous outdoor atmosphere. The food is average to above average, but the view and service make it 4+ stars. Go with confidence.

We stayed in Fajardo and ate breakfast here two mornings. Both times we had their omelets which were perfect size for breakfast and the price was right. Coffee isn't anything to write home about and comes in a small styrofoam cup but it works. Perfect place to stop on your way to the ferry as they open in time for you to get in line for the Culbera 9 am ferry by 7 am. The sandwiches they were making for lunch looked amazing as well.
