The powdery sands of Varadero are as seductive as the soft lapping of the Kawama Channel waves. Famed gangster Al Capone used to frequent the shoreline resorts, and the city still maintains that glamorous luster that’s been historically appealing to high rollers. Mansions-turned-museums are favorite destinations for curious Cuban history buffs. Nature lovers can embark upon a day of adventure, exploring the area’s caves, keys, and virgin forests.

Travel to Cuba and visit Varadero, the best option we recommend you is snorkel or dive in Playa Coral, we have a group of highly experienced professionals every year we serve more than 2000 clients who had never done the activity. We hope that you visit us on your vacation, you will not regret it I assure you. Snorkeling at Coral Beach or Coral Beach: The snorkeling at Coral Beach or Playa Coral is from the border of the beach, where there have a depth of less than 1 meter, for beginners we impacted an initiation class where they are taught how to swim and the basics of the equipment . Beginners and inexperienced will have a life jacket, with this all the time they will be on the surface. You will swim approximately 80 meters from the border until you are on the coral barrier. This activity is from about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Where you can feed the fish with your own hands and even touch them. This excursion if you want this split in 2 Parts. The second part is the Saturn Cave.
Perhaps I have been spoiled, but after SCUBA diving and snorkelling in a number of spots around Cuba, this beach and reef seem to offer the fairly bland snorkelling and diving that appears to be typical of Cuba. From my personal experience, the Cuban reef is not a reason to go there. I would recommend Cozumel any day over anything I have seen in Cuba with regards to snorkelling and diving.

Travelling in Cuba and was taken to this Cave, which was nice but nothing amazing. Lots of bats inside, so if you don’t like it, just avoid the place. The guy working there was nice and friendly. So, if you are in the area and east to just pop in, you should go! But I am not sure would be worth to travel from far to just got there.

We asked three experts in our hotel for the mass times, and we received three wrong answers. The mass starts at 10:30 a.m. Unfortunately, few locals attend the church. I found it sad that half of the people at mass were tourists. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience to sit in this small chapel, and experience its beauty. A couple sang beautiful hymns in Spanish with guitar accompaniment . The homily was in Spanish. The Padre seemed very nice and welcoming. Anything you can donate, will be put to good use.

Worth the time to check out! Nice park to walk through with a beer! It's not very large so it doesn't take too much time to walk through. (Or you could take a vintage car, horse and buggy or even a coco through the park if you so desire.) Bonus is the location. Coincidentally the Beatles bar is right beside the park!

this was probably the most central place as the name suggests although its not a park but a large square. the place is very lively with all sorts of things going on and also just sit there and watch the world go by.
