Authentic Italian Restaurant in the middle of the mexican caribbean sea. Home made pasta, italian chef and we are famous for lion fish and sea food.Excelent options for meat lovers. A DIP in Italy... #newespecias #byfrancescodiroma #bestitalianincozumel
This is a popular tourist spot with a fusing Italian dishes with a Mexican twist. Their secret is in the sauces and in the presentation. They are closed Wednesdays but were open for Valentine’s Day. As there was no answer when we tried to call for Reservations, we showed up and they were able to accommodate us. If you are looking for something a cut above the typical Mexican fare or out for a special occasion, you will like this restaurant.

Cozumel restaurant established in 1978, Yvonne's daily Specials of fresh fish, seafood platters and meats are well known to locals and tourists alike.
Make a reservation. Very pretty and clean upscale Mexican Italian restaurant downtown north of the ferry. We shared the fresh wahoo and beef carpaccio dishes as appetizers. I had a remarkable large Caribbean lobster tail as my entree. The fresh catch and the chicken dishes were also wonderful. They hav a nice pizza and pasta selection too. Sangria is refreshing. Servers are professional and friendly. We always eat here at least once when we visit Cozumel. You will too after you try it.

A true hidden gem, with friendly owners, live music, and fresh fish. Excellent hosts, reasonable prices and delicious food.
I was worried that all the attention this place had gotten from tourists that it would change, and not for the better. Nope, it’s still as good as when I first visited it about 10 years ago.
Fresh fish at a fair price. Complementary ceviche still served before lunch. Always fresh fish. You pick your fish from the cooler and they will prepare it as you like.

We visited twice during our stay in Cozumel. Ate here on the second night of our trip but after several meals at other restaurants we felt compelled to return for more! (do recommend making reservations).
Prices extremely fair and quality of food was very high.
Favorite appetizers were Tortilla Soup (great flavor), they also had a dish with octopus which my friend could not get enough of.
ANY of the Tuna dishes are outstanding as the Tuna is the star. Perfectly cooked (rare) and extremely flavorful almost like a wonderful tender steak as it was so thick. Dishes had different sauces or sides but we enjoyed each one. Churros was great way to finish the meal. Don't miss this one if in Cozumel. Restaurant is a street or two back off the main street. Forgot to mention nice setting!

Build your own burrito! Choose from several delicious ingredients, including chicken, pork, steak, rice and beans. Top it off with some salsa, and enjoy. Great value and generous portions! We also serve breakfast burritos. All of our ingredients are fresh and each burrito is made to order.
There are multiple places to go for Mexican food / burritos in Cozumel. However the best is Burritos Gorditos! We have tried the other two top guns for burritos and this place beats both of them. The prices are substantially better than the other place down the road and the quality of food is exceptional. See you again when we are in Cozumel. :-)

Welcome to our Family run Restaurant, serving up great dishes from the heart! Family Run and Owned. We are always serving authentic tacos. Located in the heart of Cozumel close to the Airport. Please come and visit us for a true and unique experience. Diego's is part of the Cozumel dream.
Had heard about this place from other people we met. Very nice people had fish tacos that were awesome! Found out people like to stop there on their way home. They check their luggage at airport and walk over.

We are a mother/daughter team dedicated to making people happy through chocolate. We handmake all of our chocolate creations daily using the finest and freshest ingredients, no preservatives and a lot of love. We hope you'll enjoy the chocolates as much as we enjoy making them for you.
A sweet little chocolate shop just a couple blocks from the oceanfront. They have drinking chocolate (that you can take home and make), coffee, and nibs but the star is the dozen or so truffles. Truffles come in flavors such as triple chocolate, pepita brittle,...MoreThanks, Jen! We’re delighted you’ve enjoyed the chocolates.

We saw the TA review and caught a cab to Billy’s which is in the middle of the local town. There were no tables set up at 6:30 and we wondered about whether we could sit and eat. No one was there, only people getting Takeout. Billy was exceptionally gracious and set up a table and waited on us. Billy and the food were great! But sitting there by ourselves with no one else around was a little uncomfortable. It was also late in the day so food was just warm. Would definitely do it again for lunch or quick take out. Billy was super and we wish him the best!

Multi-ethnic, multi-sensory dining experience where flavors clash on purpose. Contemporary seafood, fresh fish & premium quality ingredients that change with the season. Oceanview dining Terrace with a panoramic view of the Mainland skyline enhanced by torches & candlelight. A more relaxed and social approach to dining awaits you at 'Buccanos at Night' Wednesday thru Sunday evening from 6-11:30 pm. Vegetarian and Vegan Menu available.
It should concern you when they pass out bug spray upon your arrival. The wait staff were all in long pants and several cans of 'off' were on offer. They mosquitos descended with the sun. It is uncertain to me who got fed the most, me or the mosquitos :( After sunset, the flying cockroaches descended. That was enough for me. I'm out of here, never to return. Please note, that breakfast down stairs in the morning does not suffer for these problems. We always do breakfast at Buccanos at least one per visit. The breakfast is excellent. Dinner, not so much.

Menu is burritos. You can get shrimp, chicken, steak and some other ingredients.
All food is freshly prepared onsite by owner, his wife and mother-in-law.
There are also servers (one of whom overcharged a customer and no longer works at Crazy King).....but the family is the core of this business.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
* Share your table since there are often more customers than Seating
* Pay in Pesos. A better cost for you and easier for the business
About review concerning billing:
Asked owner about recent billing question: it was a server mistake toward the end of the day. Owner regretted it.
Prices are fair considering that each burrito is sufficient for a meal.
