Windmill Lake Wake & Eco Park is a unique, environmentally friendly outdoor recreation centre in the heart of Huron County.
Visited during Bayfield's Wind and Water Festival for the Film at Windmill open house. It was very interesting to see the inner workings of the windmill and to speak with the owners.
The property here is simply stunning - beautiful landscapes each way you look.
Even better is the incredible amount of activities offered here - really enjoyed watching the wake boarding that was happening. Can't wait to come back and try it!

I always make a point of visiting this gallery on my annual visits to Bayfield. The works on display are inspiring, colourful, and varied and well-executed. The gallery is attractive, the staff are helpful but unobtrusive. There is an interesting outdoor section of garden sculpture, and some beautiful wood pieces. Worth a trip for art lovers

Main Street Gallery is owned and operated by artist Jim Taleski and his wife Linda in the quaint village of Bayfield located on the west coast of Lake Huron. The gallery features Jim's paintings and driftwood sailboats along with over 30 artists and artisans whose work includes ceramics, wood, photographs, textile art, carvings, glass and metal sculptures.
An unexpected treasure in Bayfield with diverse artists on display, extremely helpful staff in sharing information about the artists, but also things to enjoy in the town and area. It was the first place I visited ... enjoyed the town ... then the last place I returned to to purchase a fabulous, original art.

The pedicure was over priced for the service received. The technician was bored and not friendly. She said strange things. The chair was uncomfortable and the water cold. The technician seemed weak even when I said she could apply more pressure, she didn't. She was unorganized and couldn't find her tools and knocked over a tray and grumbled. She wore old yoga pants and wasn't tidy in her appearance.
The house itself has great bones but is in dire need of redecorating.
Called the owner and she was not helpful. I requested a free pedicure with someone else or my money refunded. She hung up on me.

Clangregor Square is a beautifully kept village park full of hundred-year-old trees. In the park, there is a splash pad for young children and excellent children’s playground, that is beautifully Maintained. There are washrooms and lots of bench Seating. In the centre of the park there is the cenotaph where the annual Remembrance Day services are held. Throughout the park there are picnic tables ideal for family picnics.

This place was fantastic! We stopped in for a tasting and it turns out that they only have the one beer on tap, which was a delicious Czech Pilsner. They are working on expanding, but for now, only make the one because they can't keep it on the shelf! We really enjoyed it, and smooth, crisp Pilsners are our jam.
The place has an inviting feel driving up to it and you can sit outside on picnic tables to drink a $5 glass beside a corn field and take in the fresh air.
The guy who did the tasting and helped us was very knowledgeable in many things beer, and was super friendly. We had a nice chat with him about beers around the world and enjoyed a full glass afterwards. We even purchased a 650ml bottle to bring home. We really recommend stopping in to try this place if you are in the area!
