Kaminstube is a bit outside the city center, but it is not far either, as Wismar is quite a small city. Nice, local style restaurant with very good food . We stayed two nights at a hotel around the corner and went to eat in Kaminstube in both evenings as the food & service was so good.

The restaurant is pretty different than other ones.It is small cosy and offers (only?) vegetarian/vegan food. The food is freshly made and extremely delicious!
They guys from AVOCADOS are very creative in cooking and very inspiring for me.
The restaurant is situated in the heart of the old city surrounded by the beautiful St. Nicholas Church, the stream "Mühlenbach",the "Schweinsbrücke" and the museum "Schabbelhaus".

We just enjoyed a lovely evening in the restaurant in the Harbor in the middle of Wismar. great Menue Selection, good service and fair prices. Loved the Rugula Pizza Item 80 and the selection of Pastas.

Outstanding atmosphere. Wonderful customer service with a great smile, the wine card is ample even though limited in variety, but the food and the service makes your evening a memorable event not to be forgotten.
The food..... the food is memorable and I definitely recommend the Chateaubriand for 2 people. Dishes and dishes and dishes will pile up on your table with additions of vegetables and sauces and purees to your main Chatteaubriand. A wonderful experience overall,
My parents were also extremely satisfied with the celebration of their Gold Wedding Anniversary and this makes a whole meaning to me of this restaurant which I promise I will definitely come back.
Thank you to all the staff for such a memorable day.

We had a very good meal here for lunch as part of a highly rated tour group. Genuine German food, of course; I love the red cabbage dish wherever it is served. Nice stop for us.

This former chemist / pharmacy has been wonderfully renovated into a café. You can either sit outside with a nice view of the shops dotted along Krämerstrasse or inside in its charming and interestingly decorated space. We had breakfast here, and it was served with so much detail including excellent cheese selection, fresh fruits and avocado. The baked items such as the bread rolls and the cakes are marvelous.

Very nice place to eat good fish - soup or the main dish - in a friendly atmosphere with very helpful friendly smiling staff, who are flexible enough to modify the dish if needed - for example for a vegetarian; a bit on the expensive side, specially when they impose bottled-water if you want water. But overall, well done, and we will go there again.

I was at Cafe Glücklich years ago when it was still somewhere else in town. This week I revisited the cafe with a friend and it was an as good experience as the last time. I had a fantastic piece of cake and my vegan friend good some tasty apple crumble with vegan cream! On Tuesdays, they also have vegan cakes. Some people around us had breakfast and they looked great as well. So I totally recommend this place as a must-see in Wismar.

This restaurant is at the very attractive market of the old town of Wismar. As the weather was great we could eat outside and enjoy the views while we were there.
The service was very good and the meal as well. We ate fish and the menus were among the very best fish menus we ever had.
By the way, it is recommended to visit the inside of this restaurant as it is beautiful.
I can warmly recommend this restaurant.
