This restaurant is located on an incredible scenic cape of Zakynthos. The cuisine of the restaurant offers mainly fish food but also has a great variety of salads and other types of food. The majority of ingredients used for the food are fresh and produced in Zakynthos by local family business who live in the area. The best part is that your enjoy your lunch or dinner in an extraordinary courtyard next to the sea.
My wife and I visited this small restaurant in the harbour area of this remote small village. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and shown to a table under a gazebo that gave respite from the scorching sun (42 degrees centigrade) overlooking the beautiful bay. Full meals, mainly seafood were on offer but we had a snack of two delicious tasty toasties and cold natural drinks.
The service was excellent and the prices very reasonable.
The only drawback for us was that this fishing village was a little too peaceful but this did not detract from this excellent restaurant. Well recommended.

Gorgeous setting, wonderful views. that's as far as it goes. Food average, service terrible.
Our waiter, looked like he would rather be elsewhere. Infact he looked quite murderous!
Obviously a son of someone else that worked there (owner maybe?) as he looked so much like him, right down to the miserable service.
Prices were inflated due to the position of Taverna.
Service was slow, even slower to get the bill. Would not return.

ACCOMODATION
At the main road about 500m from the Port (big anchor in front of the entrance)
HOSPITALITY /RECEPTION
Very professional, attentive - no remarks
ATMOSPHERE /COSINESS
You can sit near the sea. Very cosy place with tables on different levels and corners what makes it very cosy and intimate.
STARTER /MAIN COURSE /DESSERT
As starter we had the bruscetta (4 pieces) which was very tasty.
For main course we shared a Greek Salad and we took Lamb Keftalonia and stuffed paprika with rice.
Everything was very tasty and the portions were enough.
For drinks, we had 1 liter of red house wine and a bottle of water.
The red house wine was good.
Total price was €55.

We could sit with you all day long! How wonderful that you have reopened with a fresh, new, vibe - crisp, classy and we love you! Ice cold beer - wonderful Panini's (served with fries) - I don't eat chips but I love your "special" fries... :) Homemade (I think) coleslaw too and a great choice of ice cream! On a separate occasion we had crab(stick) salad and a club Sandwich. The furnishings are fabulous - we love the cool white colour scheme! We chilled, and chatted and finally paid our bill. Keep up the great work - we will visit again soon!

Amazing view of the sea, elegant minimal decoration, family restaurant, fresh seafood in reasonable prices
This restaurant has lovely decor, a fantastic view & friendly staff. There is parking outside.
I started with the Skordostoumpi. Aubergine with a garlic & tomato sauce and Zakynthos cheese (ladotyri). I think they've modernised this traditional zakynthian dish as they tempura the aubergine rather than back - the effect is delicious!
Everyone in our large party loved their starter, but unfortunately the meat meze plates arrived a long time after the others (hence I couldn't give it 5 stars). As I said there were a lot of us, so that might've been the cause.
I then had the fresh fish; red snapper. It comes boned on a platter with various roast vegetables and was delicious too!
The starters are very generous! You could almost not have a main if you had a few extra sides. We didn't and almost rolled out because it was too good to leave!

My family and friends were staying at the Pelegoni club and this traditional family restaurant was on the drive between club and villa. Thank god!!! Just fabulous in every way - food, service, people just brilliant - we live in London and so are spoilt with restaurants but this one was very special, try it.

Great restaurant a real pleasure to dine here, very welcoming friendly staff, Sotiria made us feel like one of the family, nothing was too much for them.
The views were amazing, great relaxing atmosphere to enjoy an evening meal.
We ate here three times during our stay, each time trying something different from the menu, best meal for meal was the shrimps wrapped in Pancetta and Seafood Linguine.
Cocktails are excellent we couldn’t resist having a Mai Tai while relaxing looking at the views out to sea.
Would highly recommend eating here, great cocktail choice, delicious food and lovely staff, every thing you need for a great night.

We decided to go here for our evening meal. We had roasted vegetables to start that were delicious and then grilled chicken for main. We are trying to avoid eating chips so we asked for no chips and salad. The table next to us had a huge portion of chips ( yes I know we didn't ask for them) but would have expected more salad than we got that is why 4 stars. However I have to say the cost was very good €28 for both including 3 club sodas. At the end a complimentary plate of water melon. Stunning views out of the bay. Give it a try.
