After Reading positive reviews I decided to go here for dinner with my wife this Sunday..... No menus given to us nor offered to us , thank goodness the people next to our table noticed and shared with us. We ordered our food.. After a hour we were still waiting. In that time we were not asked how we are doing or if we wanted something more to drink even though our glasses were clearly empty. We then asked where our food was.. And were told it would take another 30minutes and asked if we still wanted our food...Exactly 30 minutes later our food arrived.. ..a bone dry chicken schnitzel and a "Diavola"pasta that tasted like it came from a packet .. We decided half way through our meal to stop forcing our food down and leave. We are in the 21 century yet only payment in cash allowed. In short : long waiting time for unspectacular food and bad service. On a side note if you decide to go here the spaghetti bolognese looked good..

Went here for a lunch on a Monday. It is located at the main street in St. Ingbert, remember number 101 because you would miss it easily otherwise. You will enter a small courtyard which will give acces to the hotel and the restaurant. It was rather empty. Service was friendly and giving you the feeling of being a valued guest, just impeccable during the whole stay. With the mineral water and glass of sauvignon blanc from Languedoc they brought some bread and an amuse, this was an amazingly delicious consommé of lamb with lentils and a small cup of puff pastry with tuna, it sounds as an odd combination but it matched so well ! I started with an appetizer of grilled shrinps and coquilles saint jacques on mesclun salad (the announced green asparagus was not available). Second course was the specialty of the house, the bouillabaise, richly filled with several delicious fishes and seafood, wonderful hint of saffron. It was served with two large croutons with rouille and shaved cheese, wonderfully balanced flavours throughout, what a treat! Finished with a cup of coffee (asked for an espresso but it was a rather large cup of well-tasting coffee), served with complimentary cream of lemongrass with mousse of berries. I have tried, but I simply can't remember a better lunch ever! For me this is a place to return to, not only when being in the area but worthwhile to travel to by its own right.

Nice Italian restaurant. Lots of different typical Italianen dishes on the menu. The pizzas are exellent, but ask for a stake knife, it's easier cutting...

I have visited here before, but never reviewed it and following my recent visit thought I should recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant is in a converted brewery and contains lots of unique and quirky industrial decoration which adds to the atmosphere. I was there with a large group of business colleagues and for a Monday evening it was very busy and lively with a mixture of ages and group sizes.
The menu is extensive and my entrecôte of Charolais steak was excellent as was my salad starter and ice cream desert. My colleagues had a mixture of steaks and pork dishes and everyone was very satisfied.
The service was prompt, the staff friendly and the prices were very reasonable.
I would recommend Sudhaus to anyone visiting the area.

A tinny place where you can eat different grilled German sausages. And they are grilled to perfection... Just try this German version of "fish and chips"... You'll be surprised...
