We went to this cozy restaurant one afternoon bicycling from Calella. Very good service, we felt welcome from the moment we stepped inside. Ordered the festive menu which consisted of a 3 course meal, we ordered drinks instead of dessert. Several choices for starters and main course. I ordered the paella, which was perfect. Assorted grilled seafood as main, which consisted of langoustines, mussels, knife shells and other sea shells, salmon, cod.. Large portions! Recommended!

The Banys Lluís restaurant with over 90 years of experience, is a family seafood restaurant specialized in paellas. We offer fresh fish from the area and live seafood from our aquarium. We are located in Playa del Morer in Sant Pol de Mar where you can enjoy superb views of the Mediterranean. We are open every day and during the summer season we offer dinner Monday through Saturday. We also have special menus for celebrations and weddings. Call us to book a table and enjoy a magical evening while savoring the delights of the sea.
The first time in st pol de mar...we gi with a local friends and was really really good. Is a local restaurant with the local staff...no too much tourism. The food was incredible...the paella was a real paella..and the servcie was quickly and good...our waitress was like a punk but very friendly with us. Take the sangria near to the beach. So paceful

We were in a large group, 14 people. Main courses were served before some of the starters, many of the starters never arrived. Steaks were not served to the ordered selection, eg well done steak served as rare. Pizza's were ok and I wish I had ordered spag Bol pizza (even has spaghetti on it!). However, staff and waiters were pleasant and friendly.

We ended up eating here twice - both times it was full outside so we had to head off for a drink and return a bit later. It's well worth taking a look at the menu ahead of your visit to get an idea of what you may like as the lighting outside isn't great, although it is ambient. My partner couldn't see to read the menu so had to make do with me talking it through. On first visit the food was great and the experience made it easier to plan our second visit. We decided on the latter visit not to try & go or the traditional 'starter & main' but opted for the Mixed grill and a salad - everything was perfect and we'd certainly choose the same again

On the town center we found this great place with a very nice garden inside perfect for a summer dinner. They serve a fantastic pizza (large, thin and crispy) with fresh ingredients. The place is always full but the service is very quickly and has a lot rotation of tables, we have waited about 20 minutes. The menu has another starters and dishes but we only taste the pizza and beer and we really enjoyed.

What a find! This place was amazing!
We had cava sangria which became our staple drink of the holiday, We had olives and nachos for starters which came with these absolutely delicious dips - chilli jam was absolutely just yum!!
The mains we had were chicken fajitas - lovely seasoning and a steak. Both cooked to perfection!
Very good value for money, great service and I wish we had this in the UK.

We visited Bodega Azor during our week stay in Calella. The place was full of locals so we knew we had found a great spot. Lovely atmosphere and a hugely impressive wine list to choose from. Don't be overwhelmed though - the staff are on hand to suggest options to you based on what type of wine you like, and all of the wine on the menu was very reasonably priced.
The food was equally fantastic and inexpensive - we opted for the 'toasties' and a foie gras mini burger to start. Everything we put in our mouths was just so delicious.
We loved it so much, we came back a second night to try more of the menu - which was equally as impressive! A massive thumbs up from us :)

As a vegetarian, I had to go looking for decent restaurants to eat at. Jordi's advertised a "vegetarian kebab" on the board outside, which drew me in. I didn't have that, as I was offered a veggie version of their curries (tikka or vindaloo). Which was great - someone knew what to do, there, and did it very well.
The only reason I didn't return was that they seemed closed after my initial visit. Staff were very pleasant, and there is an intriguing link to Nepal I would have liked to follow up on but never got the chance to.
