I was taken here by our customer and found the surroundings very good. I particularly like the exposed brick work in the restaurant. The menu is in Dutch which is not a problem really because my host translated all the options. Food portions were very good and I found myself pleasantly stuffed. Lasagne was very good. Price wise I cannot comment. My host picked up the bill.

We liked the location and the people. It has style and the wine is good. But our 3-course dinner lacked inspiration and taste. All sauces appear to originate from bought bottles. Pity. We will come back if there is a real chief in the kitchen.

I visit Long Sing a few times each year with colleagues. I'm never disappointed with the service or the food. Both are excellent. The food is light, not greasy and beautifully flavoured, served elegantly a d a joy to eat. What more can I say?

No pictures or words can do justice to the food there! It was outstanding. Best birthday present ever!
We took the Tasting menu with 8 courses. I will never forget this amazing experience! Every course we were served was different and filled with different textures and food combinations that you wouldn't normally think of. There, food is art and it is definately deserving of the Michelin star! My first time in this kind of restaurant and I'm happy it was this amazing! My tastebuds have never been happier!
The Rosé veal tenderloin and cheek was by far my favourite alsoThe Boeuf La Roche! As for dessert the ONE's 70% chocolate..amazing!
The staff also deserved a shout out! Very nice and good people! We were served in a good tempo. A kind hostess with perfect English! Had pleasure to eat there! Thank you!

This restaurant is located within a 10 minute walk from the city centre. We ended up there thanks to a recommendation we got. It was clearly the right place to have a tasty, classy and sophisticated dinner.
Their menu is large, for almost all tastes i would say. I ordered as starter a soup and as main the prawns, what a delicious dish. As dessert, I went for the lime sorbet with strawberries.
In terms of drinks, they have several things, ranging from Belgian ales to local ones as well as wine, ...
Personnel: very polite and professional.

Don't even bother-- rude staff and on top of it absolutely indigestible. Please go somewhere that puts love and taste into their food.

I reserved a dinner on-line and one hour before the reservation I got a call that they were full.. Kind of really rude. Hope the food is better than their service!

A great surprise dining in this restaurant where we were staying for the night in their Suite. The dishes are well presented and delicious, the personal are very professional and knowledgeable of the dishes that they are serving. We had the 6 course surprise Menu and I must say it was one of the best culinary experience we had. The Service very professional and they did their job well, the food well presented and the taste superb. I cannot understand why all of this years they don't have a Michelin star yet.

Veem is a contemporary grill restaurant with a subtle mediterranean touch. The open kitchen offers a unique view of the chefs preparing your meal. Veem is housed is an old warehouse that has been fully restored in 2012 and breathes a unique atmosphere.
With dining options generally limited in Roermond and with many restaurants not open late, I found this restaurant and wasn't disappointed. Friendly wait staff and lovely design with a Terrace (but adjacent to relatively busy road). The restaurant is part of the Dux Hotel - there is also a restaurant there. Had a very nice steak, there are three choices of cuts but there are many other options if you don't want a steak. Good choice of local beers too.

Hotel Dux features a stylish Brasserie-Restaurant with space for up to 46 guests. A separate smoking lounge is available for guests to use. The modern bar is THE place to be to enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive cellar or a glass of real Dutch "draught" beer. Not only do we serve from an extensive list of beverages, you can also choose your favourite from the more than one hundred types of whiskey on our whiskey menu. We welcome hotel guests as well as outside guests to join us in our Brasserie-Restaurant for some excellent food. All our guest can dine A La Carte or enjoy a menu carefully selected, accompanied with the most beautiful wines. The restaurant gives a modern twist to traditional dishes and local delicacies for which we use ingredients produced in the area. To complement the fine food, we have put together a grand selection of wines.
Decided to stop in Roermond on our way to Luxembourg and we chose this brasserie for dinner. We loved it! The food was excellent both in taste and presentation. Despite non been a full restaurant the atmosphere was warm and the service was friendly and professional. We would definitely go back!
