abbiamo mangiato solo farinata. E' una delle migliori della zona. L'unico problema è il locale: è un pò piccolo. Il servizio è invece efficiente. consigliato per gruppi non numerosi. Ritorneremo. E' possibile anche l'asporto.

The Relais Villa Pomela carries a Michelin recommendation sticker on the front door so we naturally assumed that dinner here would be something nice.
The restuarant is cramped and we had hoped we could have been seated outside. No such luck however.
Teh wine we ordered was not available, som another was suggested. This was howver not what we wnated so we selected a different wine and without asking this as exchanged with our consent for what they said was "similar". When we discovered this the mâitre'd tried manyy excuses before he understood we knew what we were talking about and then suggested we could have something else (better) for the same price, as a compensation. We accepted but were a little sceptical after our previous bottles. This third bottle was OK.
The food was served promptly, but because of the mishap teh wine was served well after each course was served. Naturally the staff was stressed about situation but because it was so poorly managed we felt that the dinner was not worth the cost.

Il Fattore welcomes you with a very nice atmosphere and the opportunity to choose a more casual, large environment, or a more elegant room. Service is good, and the menu attractive in terms of variety and selection.
Unfortunately, the food disappoint the expectations created by the good first impression. The food was overly heavy and not even much good tasting. At the end of the meal, we were burdened even if we didn't eat a lot. The room was also very noisy because there was a party.
Not recommended, if you are not throwing a party

We visited this restaurant for the first time as guests of our hosts. As the weather was warm we eat outside. Lovely food and friendly service. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following night for another meal. Again eating outside. The food again was lovely and the service matched the previous night's experience of being friendly and attentive. Looking forward to going back.

Small but peculiar place with a cool dehor in summer, just under the tilia trees. On summer from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Aperitifs; at lunch, hash house and restaurant; in the evening: pizza and restaurant. Home Delivery (in the evening) and take-away (always). Kindness and high quality ingredients at a right price!
Ok, I have to start by saying that those who are stating that staff is English speaking didn't visit on the night we did. We got along fine, but no one at the restaurant spoke English during our visit (they also had a big sign on their door that the staff was English speaking, but it is perhaps more so that English is understood instead which seemed to be the case).
Anyway, I don't really care about that as I can usually muddle my way through having visited plenty of spots in languages I didn't speak. This was no exception.
We were seated at an open table and started to review the pizza menu. There were a TON of options, all looking amazing. I chose the margherita - I know they are simple, but I love them. This one was perfectly delicious. The dough was wonderful - crispy outside, a little chewy on the edges and the perfect amount of tomato sauce (really just tomatoes - no filler in the sauce) and a nice amount of cheese with a hint of basil leaf.
We ordered the house wine (ni a carafe) for two of us and it was a nice amount and very delicious. The table next to us helped us out with carafe sizes by showing us how large they were when we weren't really sure based upon what the menu and our waitress were saying.
Limoncello ice-type dessert was delicious. Creamy on top and more icy on the bottom - definitely worth it.
All in all, a delicious restaurant and one that I would visit again if I were in the area. I think some of the pictures somehow make the spot look larger to me than it was. However, it's very comfortable and cheery with friendly and helpful staff. Also, the price was very reasonable for everything we ordered.
Great choice!

Restaurant shown in Google maps as "pizzeria verdi novi ligure"
I consider the pizza Pizzeria Verdi absolutely the best in Novi Ligure. Pizza thin base and very tasty especially with the addition of buffalo mozzarella cheese, the only downside being so thin it gets cool quickly. Perfect service, low prices and smoking room, in short, a perfect restaurant.

Farinata e focaccia al formaggio
Recently I had dinner with friends here at the Banco restaurant, located in the heart of the old town of Novi Ligure, this restaurant is famous for being the best place to eat the Farinata, culinary specialty of northeastern Italy.
Great restaurant with several rooms available, the prices are quite high when compared to other places where you eat the same things. But coming here is always pleasure. We will return.

ci siamo recati qua con amici per la cena di natale e siamo rimasto molto soddisfatti di quanto abbiamo mangiato

Nowadays, too many Pizzerie use to make "modern pizzas"... some of them are too thin, some others are not traditional, a sort of "international age of pizza"
Sorrento makes the real pizza, in the traditional way of Amalfi and Sorrento. No frills, great taste. Wood oven, of course, and very cheap prices, too
