Lunch visit with friends as part of annual trip to Cornwall. This is the 3rd visit over 3 years and the food gets better each visit. Parfait was delicious and the fish pie was packed with a large variety of seafood.
Good service, could do with being a little warmer in the restaurant but it was during the Artic blast we visited so all is forgiven. Will be back next year!

Our Restaurant is designed to give an authentic Thai garden ambience with lots of artifacts to enhance this. We have 30 covers inside and 8 on our outside Terrace. Our restaurant is cosy and friendly and we strive to welcome and put all our diners at ease. Our waiting staff are English and young. They have a detailed knowledge of Thai food and can help and advise on choices where appropriate. Our Chef and Assistant Chefs are Thai and have a lifetime of experience in preparing and cooking their native food. While we welcome young children there is no room inside the restaurant for prams or pushchairs, so they will have to be left outside. If the restaurant is quiet we reserve the right to close early, it is always advisable to telephone in advance to make a reservation.
Visited the Ocean and Earth on a Sunday night in late November. We had been before on our last holiday and decided to visit again this year. The restaurant was quiet but that is fairly indicative of going out of season in Cornwall.
On arrival, we were presented with a complimentary bowl of prawn crackers. These were delicious so we ordered another bowl. For starters we ordered Nua Tod Grob (crispy beef - fantastic) and Beek Gai Gratiem (chicken wings - beautiful). We had 2 stir fry mains with Jasmine rice. Both very tasty and generous portion sizes. And washed with a couple of large bottles of Singha Thai beer.
Overall, a great meal matched by great service. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. So nice that we have booked in to come again later in the week.
Definitely recommended.

Larsson's Coffee House and Creperie is both the name and description. For those who have not visited France, The crepe is rather like the Breton version of the Pasty. It is delicious with either sweet or savoury fillings. The coffee is made with care and respect. Although we do also serve tea and non-standard alcholic beverages. Basically, it is what the owner personally likes and hopes that his guests share his taste.
Went there on a miserable wet day in Looe, so glad we did, the coffee and crepes were excellent as was the service, nice and laid back, didn't feel hurried, absolutely perfect star to the day, could of sat in there for ages.
Brilliant place Mr Larson, and thank you.

I can see why so many people love this place.. I noticed holiday makers and locals so always a good advertisement.. Location very good with lots of parking and serves the local community around the areas of Looe, Polperro and nearby villages...I had the large fish and chips however a regular portion would have been sufficient..All food cooked fresh to order.. Slightly crispy batter for my liking however fish was excellent !!!!

Had researched which shop we should pasties at before we arrived in Looe and chose Sarah's...we were not disappointed...they were fabulous! We had the stilton and beef and the traditional....so good! I loved their little shop with the lady there hand making all the pasties....and the smell wafting out of the shop was sensational....all made fresh every day....none of this make in advance and heat up...and they sell out each day...we ordered ours in the morning as we were going on a long walk to Polperro and they were waiting for us when we arrived back in the afternoon. Sarah's you have nailed it!!!

Not my cup of tea really...
Busy ish’ because of rainstorm downpour ~ people rushing for cover...
Chaotic service by non-facial waitress who looked like she was in a ‘meltdown’ situation.
Pointing, directing and taking orders randomly...
✅ Clean and tidy table.
✅ Fairly quick service.
✅ Earl Grey tea was good.
✅ Panini with ham n’ cheese, a little flat. Never mind...
NB. Chaotic cash payment situation upon exit. Long story. *yawns*...
I won’t revisit. “Thank You” ☕️

We stumbled across this great venue while walking down the main street in East Looe.
It looked a bit different to the other pubs and restaurants with their cheap looking hand written blackboards outside displaying the menus. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and the fish and chips I ordered was probably the best fish and chips I have ever tasted and I normally go for lamb or beef. All our dishes were excellent (4 of us) and the bottle of Chilean Merlot was very acceptable and reasonably priced at £15. The young owner/chef has created a good restaurant here and he deserves to benefit from a thriving current and future business opportunity.

We stopped here for a bit of lunch while browsing Looe town. Small and quaint it is bright and airy for a smallish cafe. Lovely staff were very welcoming and service was good and cheery. Good selection of light meals and drinks. We had jacket potatoes which were very filling. All in all it was relaxing, well served and well priced.
