A very accessible restaurant right on the quayside. Local fishermen were dining there so we knew we were on a winner. I had grilled octopus with a vast array of fresh vegetables. Delicious. My partner enjoyed a melt in the mouth steak. Our waiter was frequently distracted by his fisher friends but it all added to the ambiance.

This is a place you can stop by and eat pizza/pasta for reasonable prices. The food is tasty, made of high quality ingredients, well-served, staff is friendly. It is located near the old town, across the Plaza hotel, it has its own parking place. You should go there, you won't regret!

I sat at the table and was completely ignored by the staff for more than 20 minutes. When I finally caught waiter's attention, I complained and his answer was extremely rude. There were just a few guests on the Terrace at the time, so it was not even crowded. Terrible staff.

Service is not very friendly, but all the seafood and fish are fresh and well cooked. The meat though is bad quality and has too much fat. I reccomand to eat seafood there.

So Romana was just a few minutes walk away from the hotel and it was always busy, especially with takeaway orders for burgers. It must be good if its always busy in a quiet area. This place is perfect for quick bites that fill you up. Burgers, meats, fish all cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced so we did go a couple of times to eat there. If it's busy, its good because you can see that there is a high turn around of the food and that means the food is freshly bought daily. Only down side is that the vodka tasted as if it had been watered down...

This small place is on the top of the list. Great that they continue working in the winter, it is a miracle by itself. A cup of hot chocolate and a glass of wine alway work magically!

Splendido bare it's name after the famous sailing ship of the captain and adventurer Ivo Vizin. Vizin was the native of Perast who sailed around the world from 1852. to 1858.on his small sailing boat "Splendido". In those years, this was a huge venture. Our "Splendido" is anchored on Savina since 1997. Savina is one of the most beautiful parts of Herceg Novi, situated directly on the coast, with a beautiful view of the entrance of the Boka Bay and its beautiful sceneries. Within the complex one can find: - Beach equipped in modern way, with beach bar that offers a wide selection of hot and cold drinks and various cocktails. You can have your drinks directly by the sea and enjoy sunrays from early morning until sunset. - Restaurant has 150 seats and it is surrounded by beautiful greenery. Offer of our traditional Mediterranean cuisine is based on daily rich selection of fresh saltwater fish, crabs and shells, meat, various pastas and pizzas which may be completed by a large selection of wines from our wine list. Within the complex, there is also a zone for the little ones, which enables you to drink your coffee or enjoy your meals peacefully, while the kids are playing. Besides, you can surf the internet or simply enjoy the breathtaking sea view at one of our amazing terraces.
We have a summer home right above and we love this place! Great food, good music, amazing service. Goran Savic is the best waitor in Montenegro. He anticipates your needs with a smile. Warmly recommended.

Peter's Pie & Coffee is a vegetarian seaside cafe and bakery, opened 2010, by a couple of coffee and food enthusiasts. Our vision is simple: it should be warm and easy atmosphere, excellent coffee, healthy food and pastry. Home style, healthy and simple recipes with professional concern. A place that being a café, feels like home. All of our pastries, desserts and food are made by hand and from scratch right here. We use mostly local and seasonal products. Open kitchen allows the guests to take a look on the kitchen, bakery and barista at work. We bake sour-dough bread - dark rye and gluten-free buckwheat. To have a loaf for take away, please be aware to order a day before, otherwise we serve our bread along with the food.
Lovely location. Interesting but small menu, sadly most of it was unavailable on our visit. No pies or bruschetta. Iced coffee and smoothies were good. A little pricey but had a full selection been available we'd have been happy to pay this. The cakes that we saw did look good though.
