Been already twice. Nice atmosphere and good food. The menu includes lots of Tibetan dishes including momos, tingmo steamed bread, Tibetan bread, farmer breakfast, instant coffees, teas and fresh juices etc.
the restaurant is vegetarian only, no smoking allowed and no alcohol on premises. There is a small shop inside selling incense and shawls etc.

Great accommodation, great service, great restaurant.
After the poor accommodation in Lumbini and Kushinagar, and the disaster called a hotel in Patna the Royal Residency in Bodh Gaya was a breath of fresh air.
Everything worked well, staff were great, meals great, a wonderful place to stay.

In November of last year-2017-I spent 3 days in Bodh Gaya and I had all my meals at this cafe/restaurant.I would like to compliment Christa-the Canadian lady -who runs this place along with her Indian husband. The food is excellent-whether one is there for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a quick bite and the staff friendly and helpful. In this regard I want to pay tribute to Santos,Baizu and Sunni Kumar.....The place is super clean and inviting and is definitely worth a return visit....Excellent food...inexpensive and appetising...definitely worth 10 out of 10....

Wonderful! We stopped by twice for excellent food and coffee. There is a great menu.....we loved the tasty veggie burger and the borscht...but the highest stars go to the lemon sugar crepes. They were fantastic.
The New Rose Apple is on the second floor with comfortable Seating and an area to lounge and hang out. Wifi is available, too. The proprietoress was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend The New Rose Apple as a great place to relax, enjoy fabulous food and excellent coffee....a real gem in Bodh Gaya.

Tibet Om Cafe is a simple vegetarian Cafe and restaurant with a small souvenir shop along with it. It is in Bodh Gaya since from 1986 and 14 years at the current location. This cafe is open from October to March (winter only).
This little lovely cafe serves Tibetan cuisine (simple comfort food) as per its name. It’s only 5 mins walking distance away from the mahabodhi temple. It’s tastefully decorated with Tibetan influence. Service is pretty good and price is reasonable. And the café seems clean. Personally I prefer their long noodle soup to the momo stuffed dumpling.

Tirupati South Cafe’s menu offers dishes that combine the uniqueness and the specialty of various south indian cuisines that satisfies our customer’s need, especially visitors who are curious to experience south indian cuisines in a more creative way without compromising its identity. The cuisine of South India is known for its light, low calorie appetizing dishes. The traditional food of South India is mainly rice based. The cuisine is famous for its wonderful mixing of rice and lentils to prepare yummy lip smacking dosas, vadas, idlis and uttapams.
If you want a good Thali Meals after your Gaya Pind Daan, may be its a good place to check out.
However they do take their time but i did have a pretty decent meal, but nothing great.
They claim themselves as South Indian and menu has quite a bit of options too.
Centrally located and easy to access.
