I have had many, many meals at the Capri over the years and it is always great. This time we decided to go the Full Monty and have 3 courses. We shared a Bruschetta and it was fabulous. Just the way it should be - hot crispy bread, garlic, cold tomatoes and basil, with balsamic vinegar. So good. We also each had a bowl of their complimentary minestrone - also delicious, with fresh parmesan cheese and some Italian bread. For mains we had Scallopini Marsala and Filet Mignon. They do small and large sizes with lots of their meals, which I think is brilliant. Desserts were Tiramisu and Café Panna Cotta - both amazing.
There are many other courses we would like to try, so we will be back...
The staff were friendly and efficient and the meals were served in a timely fashion.

We're pretty proud of our Fremantle brewery and we welcome visitors from far and wide every day. Grab a Pale Ale and a pizza and soak in the brewery chaos or wander out into the backyard to enjoy your beer and nosh in the Sunshine. You could also head to our Brewhouse bar to pick up a six pack to take home or stay awhile for a tasting of our full range of beers. We love to show people around and run brewery tours daily at 12, 1, 2 and 3pm ($15pp, 18+ only) or borrow a free Creatures bike and explore our town (just come in and ask us or get in touch if you have a big group). Serving Breakfast in the Brewery every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-11am. Big groups welcome, no need to book. We take our obligations to the WA Liquor Laws super seriously, please bring along your ID like an Australian drivers licence, Australian proof of age card, or an International Passport.
On the recommendation of friends we stopped here for the beer tasting (there was a brewery tour but we didn't opt for that) which was great fun, 10 glasses in a spiral, lagers, beers, ales & cider. Elsie was our favourite. We acccompanied the tasting with lunch, pizza & steak frites. The steak was succulent & delicious. Staff were appropriately fun, funky & helpful. If we are ever in Freo again we will certainly return

Situated in the heart of Fremantle on the cappuccino strip Benny's is a great spot for a casual wine and dine. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music Friday & Saturday from 9.30pm this place is suitable for all occasions. Enjoy morning coffee, a long lazy lunch or an evening cocktail and some share plates in the glorious alfresco dining space - anything goes. The Modern Australian menu is accessible and produce driven, while the drinks list features a large selection of local and international beers and wine, plus cocktails and premium spirits. Large selection of cocktails and premium spirits. With a fresh new fit out Benny's is where you want to be!
We went here after Reading positive reviews, and whilst the food was good we were subject to what looked suspiciously like sharp practice. I'd ordered two glasses of Margaret River rose, but as the waiter affected to misheard I repeated the order clear. He then turned up with a bottle in his hand and asked if I'd like to try which so thought was strange when we'd ordered glasses
Anyway, it turns out he had a bottle of Rossily merlot and claimed to have misheard me ( despite being told twice). He apologised, took it away and then avoided us like the plague for half an hour as others brought our rose and food.
However when the bill arrived I thought I'd better check it carefully and there, as well as the charge for 2 glasses of rose, was $42 for the merlot. It was swiftly removed when I flagged it up, but I wonder if this was a genuine mistake or an attempt to scam tourists? Be careful if you go here!

Situated in the historical Moores Building, in the thriving West End of Fremantle, Western Australia, Moore & Moore cafe has been in operation since March 2008. Our growing cafe, together with the Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery operated by the Fremantle Arts Centre, is a haven for coffee and art lovers alike. An enclave in and amongst the old heritage buildings of the beautiful West End, Moore & Moore, has nooks and crannies to hide in, a sun filled courtyard to frolic and warm cozy couch laden rooms to snuggle and enjoy a coffee or tea whilst taking in the artistic surrounds.
Honestly I am always glad that I chose this café over others. The food is very friendly to healthy eaters and tasty. The beverages are also a very high standard for clean-eating sustainably aware patrons. The vibe is always great. The owners must be sensitive and awake because the staff all reflect these very same qualities, which only happens when the owner radiates this feeling. I sometimes wonder why I even bother trying other eateries when the best is in this little corner of the side streets of Fremantle. Keep up the good work team.

we sat outside on the pavement, which was slightly chilly as there was a cool breeze but inside was full of Christmas party groups, so we were more peaceful outside.
The food was absolutely outstanding, well-presented, delicious and not the oversized portions often served in Australia.
Good wine and reasonable prices and helpful waiting staff.

My first visit to this restauarant and I was definitely impressed with their meals, presentation and also the atmosphere of the restauarant. Very popular as it was buzzing with people. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tasty, fresh and reasonably priced meals.

The best restaurant in Perth according to the guests reviews and to the food critics' verdicts. Stylish interior, high quality in house-made Italian food, irresistible desserts, and extensive wine list. The venue also accommodates functions upon request. WE ARE NOT BYO, as some old reviews say, sorry!
I ate on my own and was made to feel very welcome. The menu was interesting with some classic dishes and others that were more unusual.
The service was very good and the staff were most attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely eat there again.

Walked past and was amazed how busy a little hot dog joint could be. So we popped in. Staff are great, super friendly and talked us through the menu and recommended some options. Its not fast food but its not gourmet dining, its hot dogs prepped with "love" :)
Price tag was a bit steep but this is Australia in the 21st century !!
Would still come back, just because the food is good, the staff are coolio and its just a great spot to people watch :)

Myself and a friend dined here last winter and we were very much impressed with the venue, the service, the food, the wine list and everything else that provides a fine dining experience in a comfortable atmosphere. Well worth a visit. This ranked as one of the top 5 restaurant experiences I had in Australia and I was there for 70 days.

Had lunch here and was quite happy with my choices of the special, chicken salad, and also the veggie stack. Very tasty indeed. Nice, plain and simple cafe/restaurant with the tables made out of pallets. Great concept and a pleasant atmosphere.
