This is not even close to the best poutine I have ever had. It is tiny inside with just a few tables. The fries were limp. It was hot inside without a the AC in the window off. There was also too many flies. More a pizza place than poutine? Not the cleanest place I have ever been.

On our way from Mount Washington to Quebec City and had no idea where to find lunch. So lucky to find this place. Great atmosphere, super staff who were very happy to speak English and let us try our French. Food was very authentic, local and delicious. Very generous servings so go easy if you want a light lunch. Everything was spot on!

We pulled into the Comfort Inn and spotted the St. Hubert chicken restaurant just a few meters away. Used the drive-through and ordered the Family pack. For $31 including tax we got a heavy box of chicken, fries, buns and cole slaw. Chicken was fantastic -- moist and tasty with crispy skin. Dipping sauces were delicious. Had the creamy cole slaw which we recommend.

The Restaurant Le Globe-Trotter is located in Drummondville. Our restaurant offer an intertnational cooking style.
We were at this restaurant for the Sunday brunch. I have to say that service was extremely friendly and attentive; that’s probably the only reason why I didn’t give this restaurant only one star. Breakfast choices were limited (premade omelets, bacon, beans, sausages and French toasts). These choices were okay, but nothing memorable. The other warm options didn’t look tempting to me: different sorts of pasta, some meats in sauce. Roast beef was good, tender and not overcooked; sauce was just okay. The other options were cold choices. I had the large shrimps with spicy sauce and they were good (probably the best option I’ve had). They also had some salads and smoked salmon, which I didn’t have but looked decent. I tasted several of the desserts from other people’s plates and most were very disappointing. Overall, this brunch reminded me of the 1980s and 1990s when they were popular options in Quebec and when food was bland and unrefined. At $25 per person + taxes and tip, it was definitely not worth it.

We had dinner at this restaurant on a Thursday evening in late November. There were 4 of us. We did not have to wait to be seated but the restaurant was very busy. We had to park our vehicle in front of a neighbouring establishment which was closed. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. No special flavour to recommend it. Our grandson had a "custom made" pasta dish at the pasta bar, the rest of us had dishes straight off the menu. It was ok but I don"t think I would go back.

This small restaurant is very local, very personal, has unique and special dishes. The presentation is very fashionable. The food is real, honest, carefully constructed. The service is very friendly and helpful. Gluten-free was not a problem. Just to note, my French is terrible and their English is good but not all perfect. Not a problem but just to note that you might need to have some help understanding the menu and how it all works. I truly enjoyed the meal and the wines. It is fine dining in a casual atmosphere - especially on the patio which was lovely on a fine evening.

The service here seemed a little slow, even though it wasn’t terribly busy, so it’s a good thing we weren’t in a hurry. It may be because the place is all divided into little booths; that made for a nice, private meal, but has to be hard to keep track of your clients. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful, and went to find someone who could speak English when we struggled with French.
We weren’t all that impressed with the rotisserie chicken, considering that it’s the specialty of the place. But I ordered mixed veggies with mine instead of fries, and they were superb. The salad bar was good and fresh, and the chicken soup was excellent, some of the best I’ve ever eaten. We would probably come back just for that, and maybe try the ribs.

We cannot say enough good about our meal there as a family last night! For travellers, it is SO WORTH pulling off the highway for!!! We sat on the patio, relaxed, and enjoyed the best meal we have had to date on our 10 day...MoreThank you very much for your nice comment, we appreciate it very much, we have a nice dynamic team that works very hard to make La Muse a success in downtown Drummondville.

We needed a quick lunch and made a mistake going here. Most of our interaction with the servers was to try to expedite our order.
The pork tenderloin with salsa seemed to be devoid of any seasoning, and it was very dry. The carrots were basically fried carrot chips, tough and tasteless, The $2 Borsch was the best part of the meal.
As I'm never one to have dessert, I took the little custard and gave it away.

We went to this restaurant after a recommendation from the desk attendant at our hotel. The restaurant has two "terraces", unfortunately the second level didn't seem to be open while we were there. We sat outside, and while the tables seemed quite close together we had a lovely view and some fresh air. Perhaps not ideal for those on a date as you could clearly hear conversations around you. I shared the Lobster-Crab dip with one of my girlfriends and it was delicious- not enough bread for dipping so maybe ask for more. Three of us ordered the Mexican Salad which was more of a Taco salad (very little lettuce) but was so yummy, and a huge portion. I also had the sangria which was amazing as well. Our server was very friendly and I loved that they put a glass carafe of water on the table- very smart for when the servers are busy! Reasonably priced- $30 for a split app, main & drink! Would definitely recommend.
