After sometime you stand in line then you also wait half an hour on the table which is ok till now. They brought you pickles in advance then the meal comes, taste is ok as you can find the same taste in all İSKENDER places as it is its own city you know, after the meal we drank 4 teas.So the bill came,33tl per portion for İSKENDER let’s say ok,then 2 water with gas and 4 tea. There is no paper bill, somebody whispers to your ear 89tl.I understand 66 for İSKENDER,then 3 tl or 5 tl for each of water. They possibly charged 5 tl for tea which had to be on the House. So If you want to be cheated like us,I wish you a nice meal.

The restaurant appears to be a part of a chain and is extremely popular and busy - and with some justification. Although menus are not provided on the table and the staff are unlikely to speak English, it is possible to work out from the boards what is on offer. The idea is that you order from the waiter, who leaves (and amends for further orders) a slip of paper on your table. At the end, you take the slip to the cashier and pay. Food is typical Turkish dishes, like kebabs and meatballs - with lots of bread and salads. Tea seems to be brought round constantly (and appears to be free), while the 'featured' dessert of sticky cake and ice cream is particularly delicious. Staff were attentive and helpful - and although language is perhaps a challenge, they did their best and were very patient! I would recommend the place.

Cozy and fresh out of the way place. Young staff, helpful and very dynamic. You get a glimpse of the pizza being prepared: nice touch that raises your expectations. Fans of Italian food and especially pizzas: don't miss this one.

This is a classic Turkish köfte restaurant, with attentive staff, plenty of tasty food options and some free side dishes, delicious dessert, reasonable prices, casual comfort and quirky touches. If in the city, visit this place. It's right across from the shopping mall and bus station. You will leave stuffed and happy.

Luckily I was there at around 4 or 5 pm which is the least busy time even though it was buzzing I got a table immediately. They had only one dish which was the Iskandar and it was worth it. The best Iskandar I ever had. The staff were also quite friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

We make reservation 4 days before for the Ramadan Iftar with 4 of our friends. Actually the day of reservation the restaurant called us 4 times to make some changes because they missed our reservation and when we insist on the reservation they accept. But when we reach to restaurant we find our table in the middle of the restaurant as added lately and so small table. And we complain about the location and size of the table, one of the staff advise us to give another table which is for the 4 people but reserved for the 3 person. But the manager of the restaurant doesn't the changing table.
Finally before 10 minutes of iftar, we left the restaurant without taking our order.
I don't prefer for any other guest to visit the restaurant because of the attitude of the management

I didn't stay at the hotel but I dined at the restaurant. The ambiance is one of a kind with Bursa standards. It's in the old historical part of the town in an old street situated on old city walls. The food was nothing special but the ambiance, fireplace and the service was quite excellent.
