This is a favourite park for my toddler. He loves the pedal bikes on their track plus the bouncing pillow. There is also a small bike track for younger kids and lots of water play areas.
My tip is to coming midweek though as it can get quite busy.

Good park for families with little children. The kids enjoyed the giant trampoline as well as the pedal bikes although little feet may get trapped in the grooves of the bike.
There's plenty of Seating and also public toilets. Just across the road from Australia Fair. We were there for a quick play do did not visit the Anzac memorial but will do so next time we're there.

Boomerang Art Gallery is a place where you can admire Aboriginal Art created by some of the most popular and internationally recognized Aboriginal artists from Central Australia. Aboriginal Art is an important part of Australia’s heritage based on an indigenous culture dating back more than 50,000 years. Located in Southport in the heart of the Gold Coast and only one hour’s drive from Brisbane visitors can admire the most unique and beautiful paintings but also purchase certified original Art created by our artists at competitive prices starting at AUD50. Overseas visitors buying more expensive paintings can get a tax refund when departing Australia or have their favorite painting mailed to their home address safely rolled into a cylinder and at no extra cost. Local visitors are offered free stretching and Delivery with the paintings ready to hang. Go come and see us. It’s one of the best places you can visit to buy a present for your friends or yourself that was created by one of our Aboriginal artists and is uniquely Australian.
This lovely private art gallery is a must-see if you are visiting the Gold Coast in Queensland. It's tucked away at the back of the owners home and has the most beautiful art from numerous different Aboriginal artists, mainly from the remote regions of the NT. The owner is very welcoming but you should phone to let him know you are coming as he is only usually open from 10 am - 12 noon on weekdays. He will, however, open for you, as he did for us, if he is home.Prices range from $10 (for a set of coasters) to the thousands for a large painting. I managed to pick up a set of coasters, a cushion cover, and a wooden hand carved goanna, all for under $50, for my friend to take to another friend in China. Bargain!

AquaSplash is a giant inflatable obstacle course that uniquely challenges the whole family, whether you’re an elite athlete looking for extreme adventure or a weekend warrior we are sure to test your metal. The park also features a miniSplash for the little ones, suitable for ages 1 and above. We’re open in the warmer months of the year - check our website for season dates.
Went with a group of adults in a wide age range to celebrate a birthday. 2 hour fun activity for all ages and abilities, though surprisingly strenuous if you keep falling off as I did! All have to wear life jackets and the safety briefing is comprehensive. Lifeguards were very vigilant. Good for families, friends or work colleagues.

The center is not to big, but has a KMART which I love.
They have a good variety of shops not to big to walk around for an hour or too.
Close to a lot of apartments, that you can walk to - that means you can do your daily exercise by walking to Australia Fair, but they also have plenty of parking by memory there is over 2500 parking spaces.
If you are passing Australia Fair it is worth a visit .

Hosting one million visitors annually, Southport Sharks is one of the largest clubs in Queensland and one of the Gold Coast’s leading clubs with over 55,000 members. Our facility offers a multi-purpose events centre, two restaurants, a cafe, five bars, two AFL grade ovals, sports facilities, modern 24/7 fitness centre, kids club, gaming facilities and free weekly entertainment, plus a 120-room hotel. Southport Sharks has a strong commitment to the local community and while we are a not-for-profit community club, we have a commercial focus. Sharks understands that the harder we work, the more the community benefits – from our football team, to our front line team members, we know that results count both on and off the field. We’re proud to be part of the Gold Coast community and proud to be your club.
This busy AFL continues to be popular. Soon the club will open its new on site Mantra Hotel. Their three present cafes /restaurants cater for casual and fine dining cuisine. A large club with the usual gaming/ sport bet facilities/ raffles etc. Seperate sports /...MoreHi there, Thank you for a positive review. This is simply a fantastic venue. Features two Olympic size pools, one 33 meter long, deep diving pool, a a very warm 25m pool and an indoor pool for the very young and rehab. The gyms are a combination of cross training and the more usual push, cycle and grunt.... The only downside is parking which can get tight.
