Fantastic Gold Coast tradition. Charis's seafood has been here since at least 1974 when I first came here on holiday....now I live here. Always has been the best fish and chips so fresh and crunchy batter. Started as a wooden beach shack now so famously on the same site. No thanks to the council!! Pelican feeding is the best but stand back when they start the feeding or you will get covered with fish guts !!!!!! Great for kids and its FREE

Good swimming lagoon. (There is fish in there though) plenty of birds around. Park area for the kids. Lots of people around.

Took my grandchildren to Harley Park, we go to the swings on their visit On this particular day they were feeding the Pelicans. My grandkids were so excited and I was as well. My grandson counted 52 Pelicans
I live in Labrador and didn't know this happened. It's fantastic. I believe feeding time is around 2 o'clock
It's a must.

Just for their great buffet lunch this day.
Musgrave Hills is an established bowls club in Labrador . Has usual club facilities.
Good Asian- Australian buffet lunch and dinner daily - very good prices.
Plenty of parking , not far from shopping centres , beach/ parks and walks

My wife and I hired 2 bikes from Surfers Pardise. We booked online and saved 15%. We rode the bike path north towards the spit which was magnificent following the ocean. The bikes were in top condition. The price included helmets and lock. A great way to explore Surfers Paradise and surrounds.
