Kambaku - Komatipoort Golf Course situated in Komatipoort Mpumalanga is a 9 hole course set in the wildest corner of South Africa. At the confluence of the Crocodile and Komati Rivers along the foothils of the Lebombo mountain range. With a well stocked bar and open-air restaurant you can enjoy our clubhouse' rustic homely atmosphere. The club is open Tuesday to Sunday for meals as well as drinks.
We were is Komatipoort for a couple of days and ate at the restaurant twice and on leaving Komatipoort just popped in for coffee. Firstly, what a view looking out over the Crocodile river into the Kruger Park. The atmosphere at Kambaku is very friendly and warm. The staff treat you as if you are part of the family and the service was fantastic. Two of the waitresses Tribute and Princess are very friendly and ensure that you are taken care of. Pierre, Alicia and Charlie also make a person feel very welcome and come and ensure that everything is ok. The food was good too. Being a non golfer i cannot comment on the golf course. Thank you so much Kambaku and staff for a memorable visit.
