Terrific views across the Chilterns, well sign posted throughout the area with a good number of car parks.
On a breezy day, great to watch people fly their kites with a back drop of the gliders.
Plenty of wildlife and there are certainly plenty of birds of prey taking advantage of the thermals.
Spacious National Trust building providing refreshments after a decent walk.

Wifey & I had a visit again as we have Friends of Whipsnade passes.
As always it never fails to please with always new things to see and do. The Birds of the World show was training for Easter and was great to see. The farm is always a treat and their pig had just had a litter of piglets a few hours before and was beautiful.
We always have a great time here and is also a terrific place to play Pokemon Go !

Went as a family to the Christmas Pantomime and really enjoyed the performance, it had everything a good pantomime should have. For a small theatre the set up and scenery were excellent, which helps with the overall production. Can not fault the theatre for location, facilities, production and comfort, well worth a visit.

We visited for a Sunday walk and to collect Autumn leaves for a craft project. Is a lovely, peaceful place with a great variety of trees. Good for all ages, kids can run around happily and plenty of space for dog walkers. Great to visit in all seasons. Be careful of the very bumpy track in the drive up!

A spent a morning walking around the grounds and Reading the historic plaques. There is quite a significance to this building in the history of the Church of England. Inside is nice but nothing spectacular. There are some beautiful stained glass windows. Two hours will give ample time for an in-depth visit.

Wow! We booked a gliding flight for my father in laws 90th birthday and what a wonderful time he had. We arrived at reception to be greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful gentleman who immediately made us feel welcome. After taking all the details he needed he explained who the instructor would be for the flight and showed us to the restaurant where there was a nice variation of food, drinks and cakes etc. Daniel came to get us and my father in law was taken by buggy to the glider. Everything was explained in detail and it was very informative. He had a truly wonderful time and all the staff went above and beyond to make this happen. Thank you so much and for your great customer service.

We've seen several productions here, and it never disappoints. Seating just 99 people, it's an intimate evening with fantastic acoustics and superb lighting. There's a small bar area, a member's lounge, and plenty of local parking. If you get the opportunity to see a production here, then take it. A great night out!

The booking process over the phone was quick and easy. I thought it very expensive though - two games for five people on one lane was £66, on a Tuesday mid afternoon. We were allocated Lane 8 which for some reason meant bowling in near pitch black conditions, it was like being in a disco with flashing lights from overhead really putting us off as we were about to bowl! The lane went wrong half a dozen times, and they had to keep resetting it for us (the reset button on the console didn't work). We had an enjoyable couple of hours, but a lighter lane, lower pricing and an apology for all the faults would have been appreciated.
