Came here on spec, restaurant empty. Freezing cold. Only waiter busy on phone, sat ourselves down. He took 4 consecutive calls and kept us waiting. Attended to us after 15 mins and apologised for neglecting us. Then half way through order took yet another call. Walked out !!

We've eaten here several times, but this was one of the best. An authentic meal which we'd pre-ordered, which has no creamy sauces but just fabulously flavoured fish, meats and vegetables. Cooked to perfection with rosti breads plus a little rice. Wonderful spices without overdoing the heat. Great service as usual. Thanks Tariq. (His wife was due to give birth this evening, but he was still there managing things.....with a phone close to hand)! A superb evening.

On the Good Food Guide since 2010 Family-run restaurant serving impressive food. Situated in the heart of Dunstable, there's a large car park just steps away from the restaurant. Chez Jerome is housed in a 15th Century timber-framed building and the decor certainly sets the mood. The layout of the restaurant is ideal and even allowed for small closed-off spaces where diners could feel secluded. Chez Jerome sources as much local produce as possible and the freshness and quality of their ingredients is apparent in the taste. A lovely touch by Chez Jerome is opening earlier for you if you want to eat before going to the cinema or theatre. All this, combined with professional yet friendly staff, first-rate dishes - in terms of quality, taste and presentation - and a great, warm, friendly atmosphere, ensures Chez Jerome's ongoing popularity as the ultimate local gem.Open for Lunch & Dinner Monday to Saturday Sunday open for Lunch from 12:00pm till 3pm (last orders) with live Contemporary Smooth Jazz
Yet another fabulous dinner here last night. This time I ventured for the pigeon breast starter with a walnut salad, which was beautifully presented with a fabulously gamey taste. Mains consisted of a fish platter (sea bass, salmon, huge prawn and scallops, oozing with garlic....yummy) and fillets of beef, which were cooked to perfection. Nice wines, excellent service and the usual cosy atmosphere meant another perfect evening in our favourite local restaurant.

As a vegetarian I have eaten a lot of tarka Dahl over the years as it’s on every Indian menu, even the ones that really don’t cater for veggies. However, this one was superb. A total cut above the rest. Full of flavour, larger lentils so that there was some bite and an ample portion. The rest of my meal was equal good but it was the Dahl that really stood out. The service was first class. Helpful, cheerful and caring, making sure that the lone diner was happy. Often I just get ignored so it was a really lovely change. I wish I lived closer as this would become my top Indian restaurant. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff, including the hidden chefs!

I was again that I choose to book a table at Graziano Italian Restaurant in Dunstable for my wife's Birthday, last July.
The meet and greet was very special,
first a drink than we ordered
Mussels
Minestrone soup
Fillet of steak with mushrooms and crème sauce
Fillet of steak 'A la Rossini',
Fried potatoes and vegetable
And a good bottle of Prosecco made dinner even more sparkling!
The service is more than perfect, kind, friendly giving good information, etc.
The food: cooked to perfection!
The CHEF is a magician...
It tasted fabulous!!!
Thank you so very much for giving us again an unforgettable evening!

Welcome to The Anchor, Tilsworth. Great news! We've got new owners, Steve Barringer and Amy Watson, and we're now open for business! Please visit our website and search AnchorTilsworth for us on social media!
We visited the Anchor for a double family birthday meal. It was highly recommended by friends and we regularly eat in lovely local places. It was superb ! Decor and ambience brilliant . Welcomed in by Amy and having watched Steve bravely compete on MasterChef we were impressed when he brought the meals out and gave info about his dishes to us . The food was fantastic as imagined. The meal was not rushed and we had comfortable family time. It was topped off by a really lovely happy birthday desert which combined sorbet with jelly and custard ... Won us over totally. We will return and can totally advise a visit.

Me and the hubby visited this evening 14/4/17. We don't eat out often and usually spend our Fridays with the children and if they pick Indian we always order from spice fusion (service and quality always faultless) so tonight we had a very rare occasion where we get to eat out...we had a few drinks around town and then CHOSE spice fusion to eat...what a bloody fantastic choice!! Table service was delightful and over attentive, food..appertizer, starters, main were to die for!! Completely and utterly faultless! This is a rare occasion on the restaurant scene in Dunstable and I advise everyone to give these guys a visit. Truly amazing in every aspect. Thank you! Spice fusion massive thank you.
