Such a lovely place to see all goats, and buy the best farming products, great choice of amazing cheese, and nuts and stuff. Worth a visit.

Worth a visit even though it is not a lot of value for money. The seal-rescue organization probably survives through the relatively high ticket prices. You get a good impression of their work saving sick and lost seals and pups.
It would be nicer if you’d have a bit more space outside to walk around.

The Dry dock is still in use. It can be filled with water, the ship can sail in and than the dock is emptied. Very inspiring to walk trough the dock and the water ways. Guided tours available. Bad weather is no problem!

The best thing to do in Ouddorp is learning how to surf with Surfkaravaan. So much fun, love and skills, just awesome!

Zwembad Zuiderdiep is a nice and comfortable place to spend some hours swimming or just relaxing in the bubblebath. They have most facilities: full length swimmingpool, streaming water pool, long fast slide, warm bubblebath, outdoor swimmingpool and a section for young children. The outdoor pool was a it cold for my taste but inside was comfortable and warm. Very good value for money at €5 pp for adults.

Beautifull landscape to hike with wild Galloway cows with enourmous horns to come across. Several hiking routes clearly marked with numbered signs. Both forest and sanddunes with dunevalleys and small lakes. Typical vegetation like buckthorn and the rare parnassia. A few passages over the high dune to the gorgeous wide sandy beach. Area is part of Natuurmonumenten (free visit and free parking at Waterbos, Rockanje)

We were staying at Centre Parcs and they advertise beach kiting through Natural High, but we went direct instead. The staff were really friendly and spoke great English. They were happy and patient and explained things thoroughly. The beach is a great location for kite buggies and the kids really enjoyed the experience. Once you have done a lesson you can hire the kites and buggies by yourself. Brilliant experience.
