Make sure you check the opening times of the Duomo as it closes for lunch at 12.30 and it would be a shame to miss this treat while in Castelfranco Veneto.
Georgione's Madonna is amazing and I must say I have forgotten everything else I saw in the Church
If you go to Georgione's House this Church is right beside it. I am sure he must have gone home for lunch when he was doing the painting!!

Outstanding masterpiece of art, in this small but beautiful theatre. I have been there multiple times for music show, theatrical representation since the sound is perfect. Of course, it is a must see if you are in Castelfranco Veneto.

These medieval walls date from the 12 th century. They have been well maintained and a great example of a Northern italian walled town,. You can walk around the walled city for the best view.

Went to a wedding at Villa Revedin, what an amazing place for a wedding. Food was excellent, the park surrounding the villa was very charming, old trees, cool places, Fountains, only thing lacking in charm were the rooms, they were ok but nothing special.

This is a very very small museum, normally has only to floors open to public and sometimes they have special shows on the third floor.
Lower floor shows works of Giorgione and other artist of his time, is important that you know that the masterpiece Pala di Giorgione is now located in the Duomo and a Digital interactive replica is show at this museum.
Second floor has more work of Giorgione, specially the freschi on the walls that most people don't understand as an artwork.
This place really surprised me, last time i was there they had a collection of documents and drawings from the time of the creation of the Italian Republic.

We decided to get off the train here and take a look. The old historic part is lovely and about 10 minutes walk from the train.
The old part appears to be a walled city.
Not much to do but was worth breaking the journey for.
