We walked here from Argenuin, but we could have got a ferry. The beach has organised water sports and is clean and the water, clear. The Promenade has toilets, a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a Spar supermarket.

Jet Ski Safari in Gran Canaria, discover the island and enjoy this mandatory activity
We've booked the 60 min tour with my girlfriend. None of us had any previous experience with jet skiing but it turned out to be really easy. I suggest watching one or two jet skiing tutorials on YouTube to understand the controls but even that...MoreDear Tomás, we are glad you enjoyed it, your comment will be very useful for future customers. By the way, all our rates of prices are very competitives especially when we talk about quality of service and professionalism. Thanks for choosing us. All the best!!

The 18-hole championship golf course at Anfi Tauro Golf opened in 2006 and covers an area in excess of 650,000m². The Arizona style course has been designed by renowned golf course designer Robert von Hagge acclaimed for his challenging and innovative courses. The numerable tees on the course will speed up play and offer players of all levels a challenging and entertaining game. Anfi Tauro Golf provides an idyllic visual backdrop to a privileged coastal setting, where you can enjoy an impeccably maintained course which hosted the Spanish PGA Championship in 2008. Set in acres of lush green Gardens with rich vegetation, lakes and Waterfalls and enclosed by impressive volcano shaped Mountains - The remarkable location is one of the atributes that makes Anfi Tauro Golf course unique.
To start with the poor side, we were playing over five hours to complete a round of golf, just because on that Sunday many players were on the course, flights getting slow.
Now the good things: Great, spectacular views, fairways, bunkers, greens, all in very good condition. Some stunning holes are really challenging, require precise shots. The weather was also great as well as my flight partners - as we were put together when registering for playing.
The pro shop is also well equipped.

Amadores is a sleepy quaint little bay. You can walk it in 10 minutes. There are no real shops, just a bunch of cafes and tat stalls lining the sea wall. The walk from Puerto Rico is nice, but so busy.

I bought some Marc Jacobs rings in your store in the airport, but after using them for around 2 weeks, the silver color faded off. I send a email to you, and I they were very kind and helpful. I send the rings back to...MoreThank you so much for your comment, Victoria. We are happy to be able to solve your claim successfully. Blue Explorers dive centre is based in Taurito Bay on the island of Gran Canaria! Whether you want to try diving or snorkeling for the first time, do a dive course or come to Gran Canaria for a diving vacation, we have something for everybody! Come and scuba dive on our reefs and walls, visit the wrecks - you will be amazed by the variety and quality of scuba diving in the Atlantic!
I can’t speak highly enough of the friendly and professional attitude and atmosphere engendered at Blue Explorers, Taurito Bay, Gran Canaria. The staff (Denise, Julian, Francine, et al) are certainly amongst the best I have come across in all my diving (Maldives, Red Sea, UAE, Malta, Cyprus, GC). Friendly, supportive, professional, calm, respectful, a really pleasant experience.
I bought 6 dives: a mix of reefs and modest wrecks, rays, octopus, angel sharks, stargazers, barracuda, etc.
Very pleasant recreational diving with cool, friendly, professionals.

Daily sailing trips- 5 hours sailing trip- max 10 persons- snorkelling - lunch, soft drinks, wine and beer included. We invite you to join us on our yacht New Karolka, for a wonderful voyage on the atlantic ocean. Excursions start at 9.30 am from Puerto de Mogan and head out across the crystal clear beautiful blue waters to the south west of Gran Canaria. We invite you to become one of the crew, hoist the sails and helm the boat, or, if you prefer, just sit back and enjoy the scenery. Either way you will have the opportunity to experience the freedom, tranquillity and peace of mind, that can only be found on the open ocean. Dolphins and flying fish often accompany us on the trip and if we are lucky sometimes whales too. We will stop for lunch, weighing anchor, in a wonderfully picturesque and secluded little bay. Here you may take the opportunity to simply soak up the sun, but if you wish to be a little adventurous, the bay offers great snorkelling and a deserted and wild beach. After lunch we begin our sail back to Puerto de Mogan, arriving around 3 pm. During the voyage we offer lunch on board, soft drinks, wine and beer. Don't forget to bring a smile and we'll do the rest! WE SPEAK ENGLISH, POLISH, SPANISH
What a fabulous trip! Perfectly hosted by Marek & Dagmara everyone was made to feel welcome. We shared our experience with a group from Poland and discovered our hosts were multilingual switching with ease from Spanish to Polish to English thereby ensuring everyone was included in conversations. Our hosts were passionate about sailing, knowledgeable about the island and happy to share experiences from various trips they themselves have taken. Food and drink were good and included in the price as was the use of snorkelling equipment. Unfortunately, we picked a day when there was very little wind so didn’t get the full sailing experience, but the voyage was still an entertaining and relaxing way to spend a few hours. All in all a superb trip which we would highly recommend and will repeat should we return to Gran Canaria.

Really nice beach, not too busy when we went definitely one of the nicer ones on the island. Lacks showers much like all Beaches we visited in Gran Canaria but apart from that all good. Nice sand, clear-ish water, very clean both the beach and water, cove means the water temperature is a bit warmer and not as choppy. All in all, glad this was our local beach.

Lovely place to walk or just laying on the beach.
Dog friendly place.
Sometimes, especially in the afternoon can be very windy.
You can walk to Maspalomas ( around 1 hour) and make there a camel trip:)
The weather in March was unbelievable!
We didn’t except 27 degrees!
We highly recommend this lovely place.
