We have eaten at Valentino's on many occasions over a number of years. The quality of food is consistently good so it is reassuring to know you will always enjoy your meal. The menu is varied & reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. The setting is lovely, sitting outside overlooking the sea is a pleasure in the hotter months & dramatic during the winter with the sea crashing against the sea wall. Blankets are provided if you feel too chilly, alternatively there is a large indoor Seating area if you aren't so brave!

Los Canarios 1 er populær blant nordmenn i Arguineguin. Serverer fersk fisk, grillmat og en populær "meksikansk kaffe" etter maten.Stedet ligger i boligområdet bak det grønne senteret i Arguineguin.

This restaurant was highly recommended. We had fish that was overcooked and dry accompanied by tasteless vegetables. We won't be returning. Not enjoyable and poor value.

We were intending to go to the restaurant next door to this, but that was closed so we found La Bahia Del Pajar by accident, and we're glad we did.
We always eat the local fresh fish whenever possible and this didn't disappoint. Fresh and nicely cooked, easy to eat off the bone, it felt like a typical Spanish eatery, not touristy at all.
Great value for money and perfect location.
One of the more traditional experiences in Gran Canaria.

Lovely friendly staff, amazing food (highly recommend the paella) we were told how long the dish would take before ordering, which was appreciated. The restaurant it self is quiet and cosy, soft music, nice atmosphere, veiw over the beach. So lovely can't recommend enough.

lovely champagne breakfast at maroa this week with the family.. staff were so friendly and helpful, I thought it was such an amazing personal touch ESTEFANIA saw it was my mums birthday and came over with the whole team to sing her happy birthday along with a sweet treat too.
Great breakfast buffet they had everything you could think of to eat & drink all for ONLY 9.90€

We were visiting GC as a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler, 2 years, very lively. We ended up at Rossini by chance and also by Tripdavisor ratings, and were astonished of the high quality. The atmosphere was cozy, the food excellent and the service very good. The outstanding way they handled the tired and demanding little man was like a miracle. I have never seen it before: He got personal service immediately, his food came first, and when he appeared unhappy, the staff immediately got a giant teddybear stuffie in its own high chair to sit at his side. We have lovely pictures of the little man hugging the bear. Very warmely recommend this excellent place! PS: THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, ALSO.

After Reading all the reviews and getting enthusiastic recommendation from the locals we were a little bit disappointed after our visit in El Boya.
We went there quite early, around 4 pm, place wasn't too busy but dish of the day was not available any more.
Sardines were overcooked and fried calamaris a little bit tasteless however cooked to perfection. Spicy tomatoes are just 2 tomatoes cut in a center and sprinkled with black pepper (and cost over 3 euro).
Portions are very small and a little bit pricey for their size.

Had lunch today in The light House good food restaurant in Arguineguin on the recommendation of another friend. This was my first visit but I will be back. It was windy today so we selected a table inside. By the time we left all the inside tables were full as well as a number of those outside. I ordered the homemade burger with their own unusual chips--- It was really good. My friend had the mixed salad with goats cheese. She loved it. The salad was full of raisins, nuts and cherry tomatoes. Very reasonable-- about €7 each. Oh, the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We will return.
