We eat here every time we stay in Whistler. I like the variety of choices, and the wait staff is always friendly and accommodating. I was less impressed with the deconstructed tacos, although it was helped by asking for additional guacamole. My husband really liked his mussels. The roasted root vegetables were also very tasty. Do not miss out on the sticky pudding. I would be willing to come here just for that - again and again. We share it 4 ways, but the temptation is to eat that all by myself. Come early to get a table, otherwise it could be a wait - no Reservations. (Bummer). Also we have had spectacular breakfasts here.

In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.
Incredible dishes often served from local sources. The fish is incredibly fresh and if elk is on the menu - just say yes. Both will melt like butter with incredible flavor. Drinks are well made and poured favorably. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Been there many times and every time perfection - family, friends date, just pick up the phone already and make the reservation...

Went to Araxi with a group of four. Good service (not great) and three of us ordered steaks. The food was fantastic but not a single steak was properly cooked. Medium ordered resulted in rare, and rare ordered resulted in medium-rare. The meal though was...MoreHi S G, Thank you for taking a moment to write to us. Christine's is located at the top of Blackcomb Mountain in the Rendezvous Lodge. Overlooking Whistler Village; in the winter watch snow enthusiasts pass by, and in the summer see our local Marmot's, Whiski Jack's and other wild life play. Join us for lunch after a morning on the mountain. Christine's is accessible by non-skiers & riders via the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola.
This is always one of the favourite parts of our visit to Whistler Blackcomb. And this time did not disappoint. Our food was so amazing and the service was first class. I still don’t have my head wrapped around the fact that Vail owns this resort but I was so happy to have the fantastic experience I have come to expect here. Thank you.

Ice cream shop near Olympic Plaza. Large selection of cones and flavors. A couple of unique Canadian flavors. I liked "Cownadian". Basically a maple vanilla cream with maple cookie bits in it.

A cozy log cabin on Crystal Ridge famous for its all-day Belgian waffles made before your eyes and wood-oven baked lunch specialties. Located at the top of Crystal Chair on Blackcomb Mountain.
While skiing Blackcomb mountain I stopped at this tiny log cabin perched at almost 6000 feet overlooking the valley below. I had the Turkey chili which uniquely included a scoop of mashed potatoes and a nice hunk of crusty bread. Perfect quick ski break with a view, weather permitting you can choose to sit at a picnic table on the big deck outside.

We open at 11am for casual counter-service lunch and full table-service for dinner from 5:30-9pm. Take-out is available anytime between these hours. Free 2 hour parking is available just behind the restaurant in the IGA Marketplace.
Had an amazing meal here, it was superb and not overly expensive. Fresh pasta, fresh sauces, fresh bread - all absolutely delicious. You can't book at this restaurant and it is only small but definitely worth a visit and wait for a table if necessary.

First, our server, Jamie, was most excellent. Friendly, helpful, prompt, courteous. The fish is very fresh and tasty. My husband loved his 7 Nigiri combo with spicy tuna roll. I had the Unagi roll and the real crab California roll. Both delicious. I asked for extra spicy mayo on the side, which gave some condiment options. Loved it! Come early to get a table. The restaurant seems to fill up by 6:30, and then you will wait until someone vacates. No Reservations.

We made Reservations for a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary at Whistler. We were greeted warmly at the door and wished a happy anniversary. The host said he was putting us at a special table by the fireplace. The atmosphere is elegant and yet cozy. No complaints there. (After that, nobody wished us a Happy Anniversary nor offered complimentary anything. I'm sure the host failed to notify the servers of the special occasion)
We knew the meal would be expensive, but this was EXPENSIVE! I declined to have wine because a glass would have cost double what we usually pay for a bottle (!). The scallops (which came out to $8 per scallop) and the Roasted Steelhead - all tasted very good. We also had the Caesar salad - disappointing, not cold enough, dressing and croutons lame, no shaved Parmesan cheese. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes were also a big disappointment. They were pretty bland. And for dessert, we had (Sticky Toffee Pudding) so delicious! and the Garibaldi White Forest, which sounded delicious, but was not. My husband did not even finish it. When the server asked if we liked the desserts, and we told her one YES and the other no, she just shrugged. So, we won't be back. We frankly expected all the food to be excellent, and it was not.
(And, warning! if you are a vegetarian, the table next to us chose their steak for cooking. This involved a cart with a large chunk of raw meat wheeled to their table and the server cutting a slice out of it. Disgusting to see actually)

Wood fired pizza made with love using as much local and organic sourcing as possible!
We came twice during our week long stay and tried both Whistler village and the daily special which was italian sausage, green peppers, and white onions. Both were excellent. We tried dessert once, it was OK, not really the reason you go here though. Highly recommended, best pizza in Whistler.
