Ristorante in antica palazzina in pietra ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Turi.
I had to come for business reasons to Turi. One evening I had dinner in this restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience. Good food, suprising creations, tradition and new cooking, all together made it a very good experience. The staff was extraordinary friendly and made a good atmosphere.

Just 2 words to describe the restaurant: Amazing Experience.
If you are near you Must to go.
Bautiful, calm and nice place with really good italian modern food.
Service very friendly and explained all 6 different gorgeus starters.
After that a really tasty pasta and a really good T-bone.
Assortment of desserts and limonchello for finnish. Just delightful.

We had lunch in this TINY restaurant (5-6 tables maximum) and thoroughly enjoyed the food. It is not Italian, although it uses Italian ingredients and has Italian inspiration, so if you're getting tired of the usual Orecchiette Cime di Rapa, this is a great choice. Very interesting menu with both vegetarian and vegan options, certainly delicious food. It's not BETTER than traditional Italian, but it is DIFFERENT from traditional Italian, and very refreshing to try. I would definitely recommend going, but not with Italians who can't imagine a meal without the usual...
The service/staff was also very nice. There are lots of friendly staffs in Italy, but this felt even more intimate and friendly than that. The team that owns/runs the place (I hate to say I forgot their names; I'm sorry!) made an effort to discuss the menu, how things were put together, and helped us to plan a great meal there. Unusually good service in a country where you often get pretty good service.
Finally: I'm not complaining about the prices, because I understand that the prices have to be a little higher to handle this level of food and this small of a restaurant, but you should be aware that your lunch will be maybe 25% more than you might expect at a normal restaurant. It's worth it, but be prepared to understand that this small of a place and this good of a kitchen do cost a little more. It's not outrageously more, but it is a bit more than normal.

This is the kind of outdated restaurant that serves plates my grandmother could have cooked when she would have been an Italian mama. What we got on our plate was fresh and well prepared - but no more than that. Even the atmosphere of the huge place was straightforwardly cold & boring .... with even 4 men dining after a sort of curtain not to be mixed up with the rest of the guests. If this is the best in place, then Putignano is not 3-star dining place.

Very welcoming, we sat in the small dining room at the back of the restaurant. The food was extremely local, so local I had never heard of the more rural vegetables. There was a good selection of dishes, to suit all tastes, and the waiter was very informative in his explanations.

I have been there a few times and both the food and staff were excellent. It is not a real restaurant as usually it is rented for wedding and special events. The place is just great. It is a restaured old traditional farm from Puglia which has been rearranged in a great venue.

So simple so gooood my wife had to pull me off cause I could not stop eating. It was cold weather and the focaccia simply the best I tried others but once you try Santa Rita you just cant stop, please don't talk to the owner about football he is crazy about it, and to wait for such a good focaccia is a sin, for me no team is comparable

Paco Wines is a wine bar that lets you explore the wine territories of Puglia with the accompaniment of exclusive and typical local appetizers. The best regional wines are complemented by our carefully selected culinary specialities. Sitting in the ancient stone cellars of Rione Monti (UNESCO World Heritage site) is the perfect place to experience a blend of history and new wine discoveries. At Paco Wines you can savour a selection of cold meats, cheeses and craft beers of our region and really discover the flavours of the area. "Life is too short to drink mediocre wines", wrote Goethe.
My husband and I were booked in for a wine tasting as part of a walking tour holiday with Exodus. This was the best night of our holiday. We were given generous glasses of three locally produced wines (white, red and rose) and platefuls of local produce - so much that we didn't need dinner afterwards. Everything was delicious. We ordered wine to be shipped home. The meats, cheeses and taralli (local wheat-based nibble) were really tasty. What made the evening was the atmosphere. Soft jazz played in the background and the decor was delightful (see pictures taken by others). We left, slightly sozzled, feeling relaxed, replete and very happy after a lovely evening.

If you're looking for the perfect place for your first date, or to spend a night with your beloved one Artemura won't let you down. I've been here for tea few times and I was well impressed by the selection they offer. I work in the music business and every time the music was just right. People are very friendly and courtesy is their name. Very recommended.

The restaurant is situated in a high standard restored group of trulli and hence has tables in quiet corners etc. Delightful outside tables in the summer. It is small and intimate with approximately six tables.
This restaurant distances itself from the usual local cuisine and it is a rare find in the area. I recommend the tasting menu, it is different and innovative serving in total 7 courses, accompanied by wine for a little extra. In addition we were served an amuse bouche to begin with and afterwards some sweet delicacies. All delicious.
The service was excellent and the chef introduced and presented each dish. The wines were generally from Puglia and of a good standard but not exceptional. My only criticism would be the quality of the meat used in two dishes, the Angus tartare was for me slightly chewy with a little sinew and bland. The cooked sirloin was also similar with fatty bits even though it was only a tasting sliver. For me finely chopped fillet is the only meat to be served as tartare and suitably seasoned. I have found that the tartare served in the area tends to be similar (non seasoned).
Overall I would give the restaurant 4.5 stars but as we can only give single stars and not halves I have awarded it 5 in the hope the chef serves better quality steak in future. I will definitely return.
