Was in Thyboron on business out of season this was only restaurant open in town!
Very nice inside, relaxed atmosphere, I was eating alone but it was OK.
Food was good. It is Denmark so was a little pricey.
The other problem was that I was there for a few days and this restaurant was open for only one of them! Opening hours outside of the tourist season are very limited - so be warned - and there is nothing else in the town open that time of the year unless you like fish and chips!!

Cozy place, right on the marina. Crew that seem to reaaly enjoy what they are doing.
This reflects positively in the whole dining experience.
The food is well made from scratch.
Its not the worlds largest menu, but what there is out of this world.
Had the "stjerneskud - evening version" which is an extravaganza of seafood, served with all kinds of trimmings. Only negative thing about it is that the portion is so huge, you'll have no room for the scrumptious desserts - guess you'll just have to make another visit to sample those.

Somewhat off the beaten track (a lot!) you will find this gem. A lighthouse that was to be abandoned, but today a totally volunteer and community driven cafe/shop with local goods, cultural center and art exhibition with lots of local history.
Facing the North Sea, weather may be unpredictable, but nothing beats a fresh walk up and down the rugged coastline (Ferring to the church at Trans and back) with a stop at the cozy cafe. The afternoon coffee and endless home-made tasty pastry and cakes is well-known locally and worth the visit, but also take a trip up the old lighthouse (only some 20 meters as it is put on top of the 40 meter high cliff) for a stunning view of this marvelous landscape.
While this Easter Sunday turned a bit grey and drizzly, the cafe was full of people and on a good summer day you will find the cafe and the garden buzzing with life. Well worth a visit – we will be back...

it seems a lot of people/tourists go there for the "boat" and it is very fun! the stuff are kind and helpful even they said they don't speak much English but still their English is much better than our Danish. it is a pity they don't have ship buffet that day. but the other dishes we ordered are all very good.
Better to book in advance since it is quite popular.

This is a great place to eat a quick meal if you are into fish and chips and other seafood dishes. Located right on the harbour it has a nice atmosphere and it is usually pretty busy. Food is fairly priced (for Denmark) and they even have a small corner where they sell homemade ice-cream. We have been here several times over the years and it is always a pleasure! A lot of the locals eat here as well, which is usually a good indicator for quality!

My Wife and I had to wait 20 minuttes to get the Menu, then and other 10 min to order. Waiter was a complete idiot, and misunderstood our order completely even writing it down. I ordered fish, got a dodgy steak, my wife ordered a steak medium, got a raw and the wrong souce. We complained, but did not get any help. Then I got pissed and called the owner, now we got a new serve, but he was extremely rude. Folks, just stay away, these guys dont have a clue !! This is a place we only visit once.

Small cafe, with both social and Economic intrests. We serve organic and local non-alcoholic beverages. Food based mostly on local or organic produce. organic, fairtrade coffee. We also have a small shop selling organic food and local crafts.
I read about this place here on Tripadvicer and wanted to check it out. We have a nice cup of coffee and a great piece of home backed cake. Everything organic at this place. It was nice weather so we were sitting outside. They a about 4 tables there, just next to the pedestrian street.

Day out we ate here, myself & my kids aged 14,12.
Food was fine for the price. Close to beach, harbour etc.
Only negative was the tiny, tiny toilets. No room inside (for example you have a toddler with you). Only 1 toilet for men, 1 for women & 1 shared sink!
But would definitely eat lunch there again

Vi spiste frokost her.
